This company should be avoided like the plague, they misled me even though they were aware I'm a pensioner and a vulnerable person, they were paid in error £250 they were told the same day it was done in error they have told me it will take 30 days to return the money I can't afford to wait that long so beware there refund policy they are uncaring and dishonest company with no morals

Avoid like the plague

Booked in for a fitting Monday, no one turned up. Rebooked for yesterday…cancelled due to the delivery van apparently breaking down. Rebooked for today, comes today 1pm and apparently the fitters van is now the issue. Said they fitter will call me today to reschedule or advise if he can get to me. It’s now 6pm and no call. Apparently all my pay weekly can do is apologise and give me the office number, bare in mind the office is closed until Monday. So no carpet in my children’s room and out of pocket and no new fitting date. But it’s ok cos they said sorry right 😶

Awful company. Money grabbing

Awful company. I had problems from start to finish. Once the rep had my payment he didn't respond to messages. No one called me to book my flooring in and I had nearly cleared the whole balance. I then moved house, was told they would cover my new area which they don't. Kept getting promised a call back which never happened. Requested a refund which will take 30 days and they are keeping a £60 admin fee as I am outside of my cancellation period DESPITE ME CANCELLING AS THEY DO NOT COVER MY AREA! Due to all their f#ckups I would have expected a refund as a gesture of good will but they are just money grabbing and I would urge you to seriously consider your options before getting going with them. Awful. I will be taking this further.
