Guys were excellent very friendly and very good at there job but carpet was slightly short I was told it need a join but fitter had no joining tap and would have to come back, one finished he recommended that just put up another skirting board instead of a small join. A the time I thought it was a good idea but once I priced what I had to do it was to expensive for me and couldn't afford to do it that way, would really appreciate if I could get the carpet fitter to come back and join the strip of carpet in.

the fitters came and fitted my flooring and its beautiful!!!! am very pleased with it love it!!!!! they were polite professional and they left no mess was really pleased will be using their services again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had nothing but problems from this company i cancelled the order waited a long time for refund I have recieved part of my refund and am still waiting for £60 it’s been over the 30days still no one has contacted me no refund I am sick of them I am a single parent who works part time and I need this money as they left me with no carpet I will tell everyone I know not to use this company they are terrible. I have been messed around from this company since day one I just want my refund!! I have contacted ombudsman too they r a joke!!!!

ridiculous company! I wish I never went with this company it’s been weeks since they said they’ll fit my flooring my due date to fit my flooring in has gone by and they said they have tried to contact me to reschedule a new date as there was no one available in my area, I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a lie too! .. they are also super hard to get in contact with. I was on hold to them for 1 hour and 15 minutes and I was stuck on caller number 5. They are a joke, super inconvenient to peoples schedules and huge time wasters! I don’t think they are even aware that people have lives are not going to wait 4-5 months for them to do their jobs correctly! as soon they hear that you want to Cancel and get your money back they will literally NOT call u! I’m going to take this matter further or even get a lawyer involved as they owe me almost £1,000 back, not to mention the pre fitting balance is ridiculously expensive especially for poor quality flooring & vinyl/ carpet and the reviews are almost exactly the same with how I feel, not many good reviews and that says a lot about the company, and let me guess they will reply back saying “we are sorry about this, please can you send an email or call our team so we can set this for you as soon as possible! Thanks” it’s like they copy and paste the same thing to everyone’s bad reviews!

The guys at my pay weekly were friendly & efficient, they fitted flooring in my living room & hallway, they did a fantastic job and tidied up when job was complete, I absolutely love my flooring, it has transformed my house, well done guys and thank you all, would highly recommend My Pay Weekly to friends & family

Had no issues with the lovely guy who came to measure up very friendly and professional even told us what would be the better option in his opinion which we went with. So paid pre fitting balance and had an appointment arranged for today (Monday) I called up this morning to confirm as no text was sent to me and was told fitter would be here at some point today great no problems....only then to be told after contacting them via Facebook to ask another question that my fitting was not going ahead. No one had told me so I've arranged for my autistic son to go in to respite due to the severe behaviour issues and his sensitivity my 2 other children have gone to a friends my partner taken a day off work unpaid all our furniture is outside in garden and now tell me they can't rebook yet...I'm on a waiting list. Very bad customer service and no one bothered to contact me to tell me I had to message them
