I’m meant to be having my carpet fitted tomorrow? I’ve been calling them all week to confirm they are actually going to come and fit the carpet. Cannot get through by phone, so I E mailed them … still no reply. Tried the live chat too that’s not working either. Are my pay weekly still trading! I’ve paid lots of money to get my carpet fitted and now I can’t get I touch with them I fear it won’t be fitted and I will have lost all the money I have paid. . … I would seriously steer clear of My pay weekly .

following my experience of being let down 3 times the manager offers discount off further plans as if i would use them again or money back no compensation for all the hard work and upset caused said they took my carpet back and used it for someone else even though my appointment was rebooked that’s a lie why would you do that also no text day before or half an hour before fitting or phone call when at my door it’s all lies then on top of that did it twice again all manager can say is sorry well doesn’t cut it complaining to their governing body outrageous service they even flagged my feedback to get it shut down but trustpilot having none of it set of muppets running this so called business NEVER USE THEM

Ok experience!! I had been trying to get a member of the installation team to call me as the vinyl flooring is lifting and there is no response from them , phone just rings and rings. No reply to my emails, Facebook messenger is just someone delaying the process. However the agent has responded and has solved my query and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Flooring was supposed to be fitted today. The 2 of us booked the day off work. My partner after a good couple of weeks managed to get through to be told there are no van drivers and shortage of materials. Now looking a your reviews here think there is more going on than your letting your Customers know. If this was genuine you would of contacted us by email/phone/letter. Paid and still paying a huge amount of money for absolutely nothing in return? Please can you answer your calls and issue a refund ASAP. I will be in contact after obtaining legal advice

DISGUSTING TREATMENT AS A "CUSTOMER" I've been paying for 3 months for my blinds, called I August to book appointment for fitting which couldn't be done until 9/9/21 reluctantly agreed. I followed all procedures to remove old blinds etc so now have bare windows with 5 children. Rang up to find out a fitting time to be told the fitter has quit with immediate effect this morning, so obviously unhappy I asked to come collect my blinds myself to then be told they haven't been manufactured yet. Shocking, its okay to take the money but won't provide the goods or services! I've requested a full refund after being told I will have to pay them £60 to cancel which I told them I will most definitely not be paying the reluctantly agreed. Let's see if the refund goes I but I'm not holding my breath.

Contrary to your reply, it hasn't been resolved satisfactorily...... you've issued a refund which could take up to 30 days so you've left my business without a premises and I've got to wait until the money comes through to be able to buy more! I've cost me hundreds of pounds in income. What flooring company doesn't have a supplier with no idea of when you'll get one? We've used these for years and had the flooring in most of our rooms successfully completed by this company over the past few years however in the past few months their customer service is atrocious! They'd planned to fit our flooring to two rooms that I use for my business today and at 11am yesterday left a message on my mobile telling me that they don't have the materials so they won't be attending and they'll let me know when the flooring is next in stock! This is after I'd had to cancel all of my appointments for 2 days - as you don't get an option for when then work will be carried out, they tell you - and my husband had taken 2 days holiday so we could get the rooms completed cleared, which we had already done! I've got several clients booked in for appointments next week which will now have to be cancelled as I can't use a room without carpets. I tried to call them for literally 4 hours - I held on in one call for 2 hours and 33 minutes and was still number 2 in the queue. The one time that I got through, as soon as I gave them my name, they hung up. They haven't even replied to my Messenger messages or emails. They've totally ignored me. I only wanted to see if it would be possible for the works to be carried out if we changed the colour. Their treatment of a long standing customer is absolutely disgusting and unless I get a phone call back from someone today, I'll be cancelling all orders and demanding a refund. Their poor planning - this appointment has been booked in for literally weeks - has cost me 2 days work plus appointments that I've now got to cancel. You can't even get to speak to them so I'm cancelling the payments coz they'll be ringing me the same day!

Never ever use this company! My carpets been down since may and it’s come up as I’ve hoovered and when I’ve messaged them about it because I can see where the carpet has been cut short which is why it’s come up they basically said it’s my fault… so if you want to hoover your carpet don’t go with this company!! Paid over £1000 in total as well! And the customer service is absolutely shocking! They also tell you that they “don’t add money on” but they clearly do I had my stairs and passage priced up by them and a different company.. for fitting and supply and they quoted me over £600 and the other company quoted me £300 for a thicker carpet and a thicker underlay..so your best of saving the money you would pay this company weekly and go else where because the carpet that is the sample is a lot thicker than the carpet that is put down..
Bad company, ignorant reps, lazy call staff, biggest let down of there kind
Been paying weekly for a while now, on the day before I was due to have carpets fitted I was called and told that apparently some wagon drivers have gone on strike and I'll be put on a spreadsheet and when they can fit the carpets they will, but they have no idea how long that could be, I'd ripped the old carpets up awaiting the new one leaving spikey bare stairs that my children have to go up and down, ridiculous service.ive used other companies and they where brilliant these are the bottom of the barrel of the weekly carpet businesses, please avoid the alternatives are superior in every way, it is next to impossible to get hold of these guys aswell don't think they can be bothered answering phones either stuck in caller position 17 one day for over an hour before I gave up 14 today for over an hour I don't understand how a company can be so useless, when I eventually get hold of them I'll be asking for a full refund but I'm not hopeful of that either as the reviews are slamming them for that too, also wagon drivers going on strike is a poor excuse are there no other couriers in the world you can use? Get a grip n get my carpet fitted or give me my money back, not in 30 either I need a carpet doesn't take 30 days for my money to clear into your bank, half a mind to put this in the papers, maybe ring our local mp anything to stop you doing this to other people too... yes I'd like my refund now not in 30 days I'd also like to add to this they' have no problem lying to there customers too, as the banks have informed me they deposit refunds as soon as they're processed from the companies side so if you find yourself waiting for a refund, its team my pay weekly bring let downs again

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY where do i begin been paying every week for months first fitting never turned up but lied and said they did despite someone in all day when i complained they had apparently brought the wrong carpet anyway 2nd fitting called morning of fitting warehouse shut no fitting meant to come today not turned up no call looked on my account cancelled one of my plans with no communication and kept the money!! no answer from company took hundreds off me search on companies house director sacked this week is this company liquidating with everyone’s money angry is not the word fitter said don’t work for them anymore like other ladies review i have had no washer or dryer for 2 weeks as it’s in out in out waiting for the fitting in the kitchen no carpet on stairs and my daughter is sleeping on a mattress as she cleared her bedroom for the fitting 3 times cancelled well i say cancelled just not bothered turning up And i have reported them to trading standards In the name of God don’t use this company i want a full refund and i’m not going to stop reporting them until i get it sorted ive never known a company like it As expected standard reply but don’t you think not turning up 3 times and taking hundreds of pounds off someone and managing to cancel one of their plans and no mention of the money paid not to mention all the inconvenience and work involved getting ready for these non fittings sorry doesn’t really cut it does it you are quick enough to send texts and emails if your weekly payment doesn’t go through but can’t do it to advise me you aren’t turning up it’s just appalling bloody service you just knocked £40 off last week off my bedroom carpet because of all the cock ups and then you do it again a few days later and cancel my my stair and kitchen floor when i’ve paid you for months off it you couldn’t make it up
