If I could leave no stars I would…

If I could leave no stars I would absolutely ridiculous company. Was quick enough to take my money but after 4 cancelled appointment and still no carpet , I wanted my money back someone contacted me 2 days later about a refund and said it would take 30 days .... Guess what 40 days is up and still no refund . They won't answers calls, messages or emails . I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I've paid £580 I want it back UPDATE LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER . Conveniently after I left this review I got 5 separate refunds through out the day . Yes I got the refund eventually and gradually but its taken alot of effort unanswered calls an emails . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company was quick to answer my replies when I wanted to pay money but when I've asked for the flooring to be fitted and now a refund they've stopped responding. Ive never been so stressed I've cleared out my daughters room weeks ago waiting for the flooring and they are sitting on £300 of my money I honestly don't know where to turn this experience has given me the most amount or anxiety as Im worried I won't receive my money back

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, friendly and informative. Delays due to a shortage of HGV drivers have meant I haven’t received my order yet but the customer service team have been amazing and even offered me money off my balance. Brilliant company that I will use again

Don’t use

Zero contact 40 quid left to pay quick enough to take your money exploiting people on lower incomes but over 3 weeks to get through on the phone no emails answered or fb page still no date for carpet so cancelled and refunded won’t use again save my money for a better quality carpet and with communication from a local shop oh and 14 to 30 days for a refund on a bank card that’s seems fair…not

I was due to have 2 bedroom carpets…

I was due to have 2 bedroom carpets (children's rooms) landing and stairs last Tuesday. I was called on the Monday the day before to be told this wouldn’t be happening due to the manufacturers not delivering the carpets due to the HGV strike! I wasn’t given a new date and now I have been trying to contact them via e-Mail, messenger, and telephone with absolutely no success for 2 days now! My children, now approaching winter have no carpets down just bare floorboards with myself having absolutely no idea when they will have them I have paid almost half of a huge amount and after only just been rehoused after been homeless is money I can’t afford to loose. I am extremely anxious now and concerned. Do your research before going with a company such as this one !

I've been waiting 4 months now and…

I've been waiting 4 months now and paying regular but still haven't seen my sofa , nobody has been in touch and the email address for Matthew I don't receive any replies from either, I paid my deposit and then was told the sofas are made to order which takes 4 to 6 weeks , I managed to get through 2 weeks ago she said that the manufacturer get in touch via txt message , I've not heard from them either and all the numbers I try to contact them on aren't answering, I'm currently on hold to the Sunderland number and it's been an hour and I'm still caller number 13 , its all a con , I want my money back update , since giving my review on here i got in touch via the email, they have stated that they will refund the money but because im cancelling they are going to charge me £60 , not that they are in fault on the agreement by not supplying a sofa , please do not deal with this company , also i havent seen any money go into my account as yet either

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company, customer service is terrible! I had my carpets booked to be put in a week ago (7/9/21) was told it was stock issue the day before. I have had someone come in and move all furniture and carpets out of my room and hall then had to have them put it all back with no carpets down! I have mobility issues so going up and down stairs with no carpets is much harder. I have been calling them since last week and have been on hold for up to 40 minutes with moving from 22 in queue! I have paid almost £600 and would like some answers as to what is going on, I have spoken to someone on messenger but its one message a day and no actual answers. I have already emailed twice and had no reply!

I have been on hold for 3nhalf hours and no one is answering phone calls or emails I'm meant to be getting my childrens carpet fitted today and can't get through to anyone to make a payment.
