Do not purchase from this company. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received my knives. They claim that the delivery was attempted, but I wasn’t home to sign for it. After several e-mails to support, they finally gave me a tracking number, but it’s a China Post tracking number. They keep trying to direct me to DHL who apparently has my package, but they can’t give me a DHL tracking number and obviously, the China Post tracking number isn’t in their system. I’ve asked for a refund and they responded that I can’t get a refund unless I return the knives that they couldn’t send to me, or give me a location of where they are.

Unbelievably Awful
This is one of the "if i could put 0 stars, i would" moment as they have been absolutely terrible. I ordered a set of knives on the 10th September, decided against it and requested a refund. 11th September I was notified it was not a problem and a refund would be processed. I chased on the 14th and 16th to find that they didn't process the refund and that it is already being shipped. I was told I'd have to accept the parcel and send back at my own expense due to their error. I've continually chased over the past week to find that they won't process the refund because they can't physically ship the knives due to an admin error. To point out, I still do not want these knives. After the constant back and forth arguing with their third party customer service, im still £300 down with no real confirmation of what is really going on. Very dodgy company and I would refrain from buying from them!

Great set of knives but very slow delivery.
Delivery time very poor took 4 weeks for the knifes to actually come, but after receiving them I am super happy with the actual set.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Like many others, I have yet to receive my knives. 3 weeks after ordering the tracking has not changed. I have contacted Razar by email who keep fobbing me off with the usual....'we are chasing it up with our shipping department, please be patient'. I have bought multiple items from abroad and never had to wait this long. I have requested for them to cancel my order and initiate a refund before I take legal action. Cant believe I fell for the good reviews

Poor delivery experience and damaged product
Update: 25 Sep Product finally arrived with no warning. Unfortunately box is damaged which i suspect is due to it being opened to check contents, and one knife has scratches, several others had sticky residue. On seeking support, quick response had apologising and suggesting to clean. Sticky residue has come off easily, awaiting response in scratches knife and damaged box. Rest of product does look fabulous. Original review: Placed my order 1st September and still waiting. Have tried calling and left messages also used email contact and had an initial response that they were following up, but nothing since. Tracking on website says to expect between 1-15th Sept. Money taken from my account so hoping there is some sort of mix up but at a loss for what more I can do. Purchase is for my husbands birthday on 20th Sept.

Still waiting for refund - 17 months and still counting
I ordered a set of phantom knives in March 2022. There was a delay in shipping and when they arrived I decided they were not what I wanted so returned them within the 30 day return period. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I have not yet received my refund. The comment 'escalated to our management' has been repeated many times with no apparent impact. Sadly I paid direct from my bank account and am struggling to know what steps I can take to get my money back.

Shocking customer service
The knife I received had a scratch near the tip, so naturally I contacted customer support. Agter going back and forth via email for a few days, i was told to buy car wax and remove the scratch myself, as a replacement wasnt possible! I wasn't prepared to do this as the knife shouldn't have any imperfections. After reading the returns policy I emailed them back stating that what they had told me, wasn't what their policy said. The knife was beautiful and well made. Unfortunately on this occasion, the customer service wasn't good at all!

Wow I wish I'd read the reviews before…
Wow I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the phantom series almost 6 weeks ago. I've emailed 8 times and rang them around 20 times. I eventually received a royal mail tracking email only for me to notice that the so called delivery was addressed to an address 160 miles away. I have spoke to several staff members who all make promises to call back or email me or to reassure me they will send replacements! But nothing ever happens. I'm absolutely furious. I would now like my money back. These were a gift for my son in law and I'm embarrassed and ashamed he's still not received them. I'm convinced like another review on here that the 5 star reviews may be fake. I've been told that the shipping department were to blame then on another occasion the shipping department were correct. Nobody has admitted any responsibility. My hopes were raised yesterday when I was assured I'd receive a knife block by way of apology and that I'd receive a callback today and an email confirming their promises. But again nothing. BUYERS BEWARE!! The date if my experience cannot be pinned down to one date so I have used the date I ordered the knives.
