Just purchased my second knife from Razar knives. These are my favorite knives in the kitchen. Sharp as can be and they look really great! I love my blue Azure series knives! I will keep adding to my collection! Thanks

Very poor, and even worse customer service

Unfortunately I find myself echoing what many others in the 1 star rating have already stated. I bought what I would class as an ‘expensive’ 9 piece knife set less than a year ago. 3 of the knives had cracked at the handle and the blade has come away. I have pictures of all three knives, and all three have broken in exactly the same fashion. What is so disappointing is the frankly abysmal customer service I have received. The 1st knife broke within about 4 months of having them, after a very prolonged (by them) emailI to and fro, I eventually went to trading standards and that resulted in a ‘manager’ sending out a replacement knife. I’m now in the exact same position with another two of the knives, yet this time the response from customer service has been “well you must have broken them” and are now apparently giving me the silent treatment. Save your money; Do Not Buy from this company.

Wasabi series are a must have!

I bought the full set of the wasabi series, the bread knife, the 8 pc chef set & the steak knives. They are excellent quality and are even more beautiful in person! Shipping was very quick and they came packaged nicely! The abalone handles are amazing 🤩

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my knives with the stainless knife block. The block was delivered broken. I supplied you with pictures as well as the order number and have yet to receive any other correspondence from you. I would like something done about this ASAP. This is ridiculous, it has been long enough already. This company is a crap show of ppl that dont wanna help at all and do not stand behind their product. I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere that I can even with the BBB. I will also be putting my story all over Facebook, twitter, and instagram. They all lied to me and do not intend on making it right in any sort of way. Absolutely the most horrible customer service that I have ever encountered and dealt with.

Ordered it last week. Just got it today and WOW it looks AMAZING! I never been so blown away. I was thinking ok … these knives look dope. let me buy it online. But seeing it in person and holding it is a 1000x better! I got the Azure Chef Bundle Already started using it today. Quality is 10/10 ✅✅✅

Please read before you buy

If you are reading this review then please seriously reconsider buying from these guys. In short, I ordered a set of knives and after just 1 year of hardly any use, the handles all cracked and the knives became unusable. When you look on there website, it states that they are made to a professional standard and come with a lifetime warranty…….they do not! I posted a review a few weeks ago after they wouldn’t help and immediately got an email from some manager which I believe to be the same person who refused to help me in the first place. They offered me a replacement set of knives if I took down the review. So I took the review down and then guess what, no knives. I emailed them and they stated that they were waiting for a response from management… it was management who said they would replace them. This company is not what it seems. The knives are not fit for purpose and when they break you won’t get any help. Please see below the dreadful proof of the customer service. Hi Nick, Please be advised that a broken handle is not included in our warranty, but I will try to escalate this to our Management. I'll get back to you as soon as I receive feedback from them Hi Nick, Yes, as you can see the broken handle is not a manufacturer defect as it occurred more than a year of your usage. Beautiful knives, but delayed delivery.

My order finally arrived, though it had been marked as delivered a week ago, so the tracking number was useless. The knives are beautiful, though I haven't had chance to try them out yet. The customer service is quite frustrating though, when my order disappeared I tried emailing many times and they did not reply, so this could be improved, but overall I am happy with my knives they look lovely and I can't wait to try them out.

3 x knives RUST after 4 months.

After owning the wasabi knife set for less than 5 months they began to rust, i contacted the customer support email to be told that 'Please be advised that we are unable to replace your knife due to the passage of time. We're not sure if you cut hard food or engaged in inappropriate behavior'! this is highly unacceptable with no effort to resolve the issue. Highly recommend steering clear of this company, they arnt the cheapest so you think your buying quality but dont be fooled. EDIT 13/05/22 as i can’t reply to your comment below I’ll have to edit my first post. The knives have never seen a dishwasher, have always been hand washed and dried instantly plus had the oil applied as to your websites instructions. So they HAVE been cared for and treated with respect, never used to cut bricks like you insinuate in the email you sent personally to me. Please explain other than cutting marshmallows what these knives are capable of within your warranty. And before you start blaming the storage of them please be aware they are kept on the marble effect knife block you supplied as well!
