So I ordered the steel for the set of Wasabi knives first, then the full set of knives. I had a conformation my order had shipped a few days after. Looking at what was coming, it said it was the steel. The full set if knives turned up instead, great! Amazing knives no issues with the product. 1 month in since I ordered the steel its still not arrived! Customer service is terrible, they keep sending me the same tracking link which tells me it's going to be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow was 2nd of March!! Its now the 24th. Seriously pi/×%d off. The are good knives but that's where this journey ends. I can't complete the set as numbnutts in customer services can't do their job properly. UPDATE, they found out it had gone to the wrong address, said I could refund, or they could send another, I suggested send another and for free as I had been waiting for weeks and messed around by their customer service. Nope and then they had the check to ask me to change my review. So I have, well added this. Thanks for nothing Razar customer service.

Ordered a knife on the 25 of February, it was apparently dispatched through royal mail on the 28th of February and today is the 21st of march and still no show the royal mail tracking hasn't changed since the 28th of February, e-mailed razar knives many times and getting no where with them, they just keep blaming royal mail, I suspect that the knife is being imported from China, definitely would not use again, I paid £75 for a knife for a birthday gift that has now long passed. Buyers beware not a UK company like they stated I should imagine they are a drop shop company, I'll stick to reputable brands in future. Oh and by the looks of it under further investigation they monitor reviews on trustpilot and get them taken down. Back and forth with customer services now still not getting anywhere with getting my money back!!!!! Now 44 emails in and they are still blaming royal mail even though they have admitted that it's been shipped from off shores and I was asked to change my review if I was to receive a full refund to which I replied when I get my refund and then the next reply was they can't do that, I dunno about you but the amounts to bribery!!! Now 53 emails in and still not getting anywhere an absolute joke of a company definitely not made in the UK definitely drop shipping from Ali express in fact I just found the exact knife I ordered on Ali express for £18. *Update 24th of March almost a month later after 1st order I can confirm that the knife has arrived from China so as suspected from other reviews they are a drop ship company buyer beware purchase at your own risk!!!!

Our 8 piece Wasabi knife collection just arrived. They are beautiful, that's for sure. The knife set arrived within three days in a very nice package. I bought these for my wife's birthday and the packaging needed no further adornment. These Wasabi knives feel great in hand. Today we will try them on the cutting board! I to have experienced poor comms on a Titan meat cleaver. I did look over my knife set and two knives still had remnants of the "razor burr" that is produced in the sharpening process. When sharpening a knife properly one strokes one side of the knife edge until the burr is produced. Then the same amount of strokes is performed on the opposite side. Then one must proceed with decreasing strokes on each side until one stroke on each side. Some knife hones are magnetic so as to keep this shard of steel from contaminating your product. Time will tell about craftsmanship but so far the knives are performing well.

Absolutely beautifully crafted and surprisingly light, making them easy to handle. And these knives stand true to their name. They are razor sharp! I’m giving it a 4 Bc I haven’t had them long. I’m hoping they last a long time.
