Thought I would drop an update after extensive use over the last month or so. I have used the chef knife nearly everyday and it’s held it’s edge nearly perfectly. Awesome knives!

Appalling customer service/non delivery of order. Review amended.
I ordered a set of knives and a sharpener on 23.3.22, nearly £200 of kit. The items have been marked as "in transit to carrier" since 28.3.22. I contacted Razar knives earlier this week asking for my items or a refund. I was assurred my items were on their way and that it was not possible to give me a refund. Low and behold the sharpener arrived yesterday but still no knives and still no change in tracking. I'm very upset about the customer service offered. I just want my knives!! Update 16.4.22 I have amended my star rating as my knives have finally arrived and they are great, I'm very happy with them. I've only given 4 stars to reflect the truly appalling customer service. To state a product is dispatched from the UK but then it spends 2 weeks "in transit" to Royal Mail is unacceptable. Contacting by email gave us an unhelpful response., phoning them when my partner tracked down the number, wasnt a great deal better. I have absolutely no problem with these knives being imported even if they do come from China, what is annoying is the untruths.

Ordered knife set as a birthday gift. As mentioned by numerous other customers, knives have still not been handed to royal mail on tracking despite razarknives consistently blamimg royal mail delays which is not evident when other items ordered elsewhere and sent via royal mail have arrived within a week. Customer service does not exist, to the extent they have actually sent me an email addressed to another customer which is a breach of DPA. Will never use again and very worried i have thrown away good money which i wont see again should my order not materialise. After the reply from razar knives they are continuing to blame royal mail for the delay despite them not actually giving royal mail the parcel to deliver. They have repeatedly stated this is the issue and have refused to accept responsibility for their own failings. I have emailed them multiple times and called them without getting a resolution.

Absolutely terrible service
Update: Razar knifes have been asking me to amend my review. I did finally receive a refund but not after considerable chasing. They maintain that they have done nothing wrong and haven't apologised. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a knife stand in February. Still not arrived 2.5 months later. Hermes confirmed they lost the parcel and I have been emailing razar knifes every day since. No refund or replacement. Will never use this company ever again and I would recommend avoiding completely to anyone thinking about purchasing from them

Awful customer service
I can't give a review on the knives as I have not received my order yet, after a month! Customer service is none existent. I have contacted them numerous times via email with no reply, phone calls go to an answer machine. I have a Royal mail tracking Number that has stood still at 'sender despatching item' since the 10/3/22. If communication would have been better I would have persevered and waited for delivery but I am left in the dark not knowing if will ever see these items. I have requested a full refund, by email !! I am still hoping they turn up because they do look good and will edit my review if and when they do, this does not excuse the terrible service from this company so please be aware. Edit: Finally received my order. On first inspection the knives do look great, quality is good and I am looking forward to trying them out. I have amended my score to a 3 but would say 3 1/2, there are issues with delivery and customer service but certainly good quality knives.

overall good knives for the price
I received my knives quickly, and they look great. I would have liked it if the damascus pattern was a little more vibrant but I think with some use and oiling it will show through nicely. I havent had a chance to use the knives yet but I look forward to it. They are balanced nicely but a little light on the tip. I would recommend the knives to anyone looking for a good looking home set for the price.

Sharp knives, enjoying them!
Had a problem with delayed shipping and email responses at first, but I got a representative who worked with me until I got the shipment earlier this week. I used the knives a few times so far and have been very satisfied this far. They do look beautiful and are very sharp from the box. Will enjoy using them, wish the same set had a matching steak knife combo!

Would buy again; now my friends want them too
I would have provided a 4.5 rating if possible. I ordered the black Azure series Deluxe bundle, and they are as sharp as they are stunning. I've only used 3 of the set so far, but there's absolutely no comparison to the 'duller-than-I-realized' Miracle Blade set I've been using for years. I cut through a half-frozen set of ribs with the cleaver like cutting through butter. My wife and I have cut numerous vegetables almost effortlessly. I've diced onions with the chef's knife without leaving partially cut pieces everywhere. I thought the glossiness of the handles might make them a little slippery, but that's not an issue at all. The less than 5-star rating was for a few reasons. They are not the most perfectly balanced knives, but I think their sharpness mostly makes up for that; and they must be cleaned by hand. What bothered me the most was that I understood them to be made in England, so either I misunderstood/misread something, or it was inaccurate information, because delivery definitely came from China through Hong Kong (not too happy about that). Delivery took a while longer than I'm use to and the radio silence after my order before I started getting text from DHL carriers was a little concerning, but it all turned out alright.
