The website is really easy to order from offering many designs and prices, I have made contact With Razarknives and I had 2 responses on the 2 enquiries that I made I also had a follow up email to check everything was ok. Extremely disappointed with NO customer service aftersales
Update 24th Dec. Dedpite returning the items on 19th with special next day delivery which was signrd for i am still waiting for my refund and still receiving appalling communication and customer service from Razarknives. Continue to be extremely disappointed I spent almost £300 with Razarknives. The items took a long time to arrive and when they did arrive one item did not match what it said on the spec. I emailed four times asking for a spare part to be sent which would resolve the issue rather than returning my order but have been completely ignored. I have now requested a return form and number which has also been ignored. The link to return form on the site doesn't work and I can't finds number to call to try to reach a resolution nor a customer helpline, complaint process or ombudsman. I am currently stuck with items which do not match what I ordered and cannot get any one-to-one reply to my requests either to resolve or to return.

Don’t order you won’t get the item!
Shame I have to put 1 star. Ordered a set of knives on the 18/11/23. Order still hasn’t arrived, tracking says it was sent my sender to Royal Mail on 21/11/23 but status says not received as yet. Support are unhelpful, asked multiple times for a refund and feel ignored. They’re blaming delays in delivery supply chain - funny nothing else seems to be taking this long! **20/12/23 - still awaiting a refund. They say Royal Mail has lost it but Royal Mail still say not received. Awaiting a refund.

DO NOT BUY!!
I purchased a set of knives on the 19th November for my partners 30th birthday as he has a passion for cooking. The support from the company has been absolutely shocking. I have emailed several times asking where my order is as it’s past its delivery date. At first every email I got back was asking for my order number even though I had already given it several times. Then they gave me the wrong tracking number and no matter how many times I ask won’t give me the right one. I have asked for a refund and they said to send the knives back once I receive them and once they receive them back then I will get a refund. But I don’t think I ever will receive the knives so refund isn’t an option. I have phoned the number on the website several times and no answer. I have messaged Facebook, Instagram but it’s all the same, no answer. My partners birthday is in 6 days and I am extremely disappointed at the fact that they will not be here by that date. Do not buy from them as you will also be left disappointed like I have. EDIT 15/12: I received 2 out of the 9 knives I purchased today. While I’m happy I received 2, I’m still quite annoyed I have not received the rest of which I have paid for! EDIT 19/12: I had emailed about only receiving two knives on the Friday. They got back to me Saturday saying that they will sort this and the other 7 knives have been sent and will be with me within 7 days. I got home on the day of my partners birthday two days after them saying that and my package had arrived with the other 7 knives. I am extremely grateful that they got the rest of the set out so quick and absolutely made mine and my partners day. Although the customer support I received was shocking and I’m still disappointed by that, I’m happy in the end that I got the knives and they managed to get the rest out to me so quick.

Brittle breakable handles - poor quality
Bought knife set, 1st one broke within a month. Now on 3rd broken knife since buying the set. Material around the handle is brittle and easily breakable It's a lot of money to spend on items that aren't going to last.
