Dreadful experience

I filed a claim for scratch damage to the front bumper of my car but it was denied because they said the damaged area was bigger than 30cm diameter, for which they included pre-existing damage to the bottom part of the bumper which I hadn't filed the claim for, just because it was less than 1m distance from it. Not only this, but it took more than two weeks to get this answer to my claim. Email communication was poor (3-4 days to get a reply) and by telephone they were of no use at all. Eventually I called to file a complaint because I wasn't getting my claim resolved, they told me that they couldn't put me through to the appropriate person because all lines were busy, took my details and told me they'd call me back, but never did.

I found it Very poor Customer Service

The Worker on the phone was both patronising and rude. I also have a disability of ADHD, eventually I had to inform her I struggle to concentrate because of the ADHD to try and alter her attitude She slightly improved then I normally would on principle have gone elsewhere but the deal was too good to miss Maybe I caught them on a bad day Toyota as a Company still 5🌟 in every other way for me.

Any excuse not to pay up for scratches. They have written rules which make it extremely unlikely that anyone will achieve the criteria for a successful claim. More smallprint than a pocket dictionary. Dreadful experience. I will be cancelling as soon as I can.

Toyota heave continued to surprise me with repairs, MOT and now insurance. Always show me great care. I am very pleased. My premium went down this year too for car insurance and that has never happened with anyone else.
