WORST RENEWAL PROCESS EVER!
Similar to everyone else, trying to see my renewal documents but can't log into the portal, despite having my login details from when I set it up. Requested new sign in 6 times now and the email hasn't arrived. Unable to speak to anyone on a Sunday. Regardless of the renewal price I definitely WON'T be renewing with them again. If you happen to be reading this Toyota Insurance, try making it easy for customers. Email them their renewal price, invest in a portal that is accessible, make the process of taking out and renewing car insurance smooth and you may find that ratings and sales improve.

No problems and got full refund!... took out a policy online but decided the next day to cancel it (under the 14 day right to cancel thingy) I've had NONE of the issues described by a lot of people moaning on here. I had NO problem accessing my account through the online portal, I had NO problems getting in touch with the company by phone as they always answered quickly. The employees I spoke to on three different occasions were polite and most helpful. I see a lot of folk moaning here about this company... maybe it's how you treat/talk to people eh???

I am the latest person to to be scammed, I bought my car from Steven Eagell Horsham, and was encouraged to buy an add on of tyre and alloy, having had an unfortunate tyre puncture, I fillled ou the forms photographed the tyre and accompanied the relevant Invoice, yes you guessed right after numerous calls and emails, no payment.

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Got sent an email reminder that my policy would renew and to log in to the customer portal to view details. No details of the renewal or even an active policy on the portal. Used their live chat service to try to fix this and got told I needed to reset my email which they did from their end. I am now locked out of my account and the password reset links don't arrive. When I raised this with them I was told I just need to wait for it to come through...it's now been over 24 hours and still no links (website says to wait 15 minutes before trying again). Then got an email to say thanks for renewing the policy even though I have not agreed to this. Useless company and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Avoid at all costs Will wrote ypur car off with no pictures or assessment. Will give you a ridiculous value for the car, age and mileage and then a savage buy back price Will place blame on you despite not asking to see the dashcam footage Never sent me my policy documents Told me my no claims was affected, then it wasn't, then it was! They do not know what they are doing and the do not care. I will be reporting them to FCA and unfortunately for them as I have the s24 ultra I have used Cube ACR to record all they're phone calls

Worst insurance company EVER!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars! Their customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE. I swear, every time I call, I feel like I’m about to have a heart attack because of how RUDE and INCOMPETENT they are. Nobody knows what they’re doing, they keep transferring me from one clueless rep to another. It’s like they enjoy making my life miserable! I’ve had enough of their HORRIBLE service. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY from this company. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
