This is an update on an order placed on 13/07/22 that was said to be available for dispatch. After more than a week I cancelled the order on 21/07/22 I was sent an email explaining it may take between 3-10 working days for my money of more than £100.00 to be returned. Today is the 13th of August and a month on no money has been returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!

Ordered BBQ in June and nothing has arrived. I'm £700 down and am getting nowhere. I've sent over 35 emails and keep getting the same response - it's with our delivery partner. They are telling me they have sent a BBQ through Royal Mail!!! I'm never going to get my order and have no way of getting my money back as they won't send confirmation of cancelling my order. Total Scam - DON'T BUY.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Promised a delivery date and the item did not arrive. We have now been waiting for a refund that was promised after 10 working days, it has now been over a month and still waiting. Telephone number on the website does not work. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I ordered a Bestway 10ft pool from this store, which had a delivery time of about 2 weeks. After a long wait and several inquiries as to when it was going to be delivered, i decided to cancel my order. I got a confirmation, and a message i was going to be refunded. I paid through clearpay, and am -as of yet- still waiting to be refunded. Payments through clearpay kept going for 4 weeks AFTER i cancelled my order. I've now paid off the product, and there is no refund in sight, even though Garstore told me my refund would be settled in my account in 8-10 working days. I advise not to buy from this store. Only positive thing i can say, is that they do allways respond to my emails. addon: I've noticed Garstore now no longer uses CLEARPAY as a payment provider!!! I'm not hopefull i'll get my money back at all now... THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

It's a fake website. There are no products. You will never receive your order. The phone number is dead. You will wait at least two months before closure, and if you are lucky, Klarna etc will issue you a refund. What is amazing, is this SCAM company is still operating. DON'T FALL FOR IT.....PLEASE!

OK 1st. SCAM stay well away. 2nd The address they claim they operate is mail box address currently housing 124 companies (85 Great Portland Street London W1W 7LT) 3rd. Company number they showing on their website belongs to : G&H GOODS TRADE LTD 13927600 - Incorporated on 20 February 2022 /4385, 13927600: COMPANIES HOUSE DEFAULT ADDRESS, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. 4th their payment method ZEN is registered to Bank of Lithuania !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5th. There is NOTHING we as customers can do about it

Wish I’d read trust pilot before ordering on this website. I ordered a bbq 2 months ago through Klarna and paid with my credit card who I have now contacted and will have to wait to see what happens on a refund. Email after email chasing it with lots of different excuses like stuck in customs. Total fraud!! 😡

OK so ordered the K5, never came, cancelled the order, Klana did not refund me neither did Garstore. I had to get my bank to refund d me and then pursue Garstore and klana. They must think their customers will just forget about the money. Terrible experience please stay clear.

Please do not buy, it's a scam, the phone number doesn't work and the items never showed up.
