Like the new desktop platform. I have bought these books for 14 years but now I feel they are too expensive. I’d also like to see some deals for buying 2 or 3 books at the same time.

Really easy and cheap

I really enjoy making phot albums with photobox, its easy to use, I like all the different tools there are. When I have a question the is always a helpful staff on chat who always helped me out. Thank you.

I have used photo box for years, I have done a family album for every year since kids were born 15 years ago, it gives a nice overview of our life with a narrative so can remember places, names, silly moments or phrases, but the recent update they have done changed the size of their books and the finish on the cover so they no longer match the previous ones, very frustrating!

I was disappointed that your wall art feature no longer allows you to design your own product. I would preferred to have selected the size and order of my photos than have them "shuffled" for me. I will probably not order one of these again.

Photo Album - I am so pleased with the finished result and I would recommend this site for creating any photographic projects. Having downloaded the software from their site, I found it easy to understand and navigate my way round. Great value for money too! Thank you Photobox.

Ordered a canvas print for my wife of her father who died last year. Paid for urgent delivery Nothing turns up. Royal Mail say they haven’t had the order given to them and Photobox ignore complaints. Recommend using another firm these guys have really gone down hill

Good reproduction of photo and good size for a favourite photo

I made a 60th birthday photobook for my best friend and paid £6.99 for express delivery. On the day it was due to be delivered I got an email telling me there were production issues and “it was delayed”. I then got into email hell with Mona about the fact that I would not be refunded the express delivery charge as it was not a guaranteed date. At no point did I get a personal apology that the gift I spent hours creating would not be delivered in time for my friend’s birthday. SO UPSET. All they had to do was apologize and refund at least my delivery charge. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Subsequently they have relented “as an exceptional gesture of goodwill” to give me my £6.99 back. I paid for express delivery which they failed to achieve and they have behaved like they are doing me a favour giving me my money back!
