Why each time you upgrade does it get more complicated?! I have to get someone (a former computer man) to help me. When choosing the auto layout option which used to be so straightforward you now ask which photos to be one pagers and then this does not happen. .

What an amazing way of being able to showcase special & precious memories & moments of our loved ones & I love how straightforward the layouts are with creating these photobooks. I just purchased a load of them & I’ve just received them the first batch yesterday & wow I was very impressed! I will definitely be ordering them here again.

I found it difficult to load the photos that you wanted to print or make a product with. Once I got that sorted it was easy to make the product. I especially like the automatic layout of the photobooks. The photobooks print out so well. I would recommend.

The quality of the photo book is excellent. The turnaround time is also good.

First parcel arrived damaged and Photobox sent another book without quibbling. Completely hassle free and the second book was fabulous.

The photo album was exceedingly good quality and as per my order.. Using the website on an iPads was a bit tricky but well worth the effort.

After the first printing was crookedly printed, the second book was fine.

I have been creating year books with photobox for nearly 10 years with a great dependable process. This year was a real trial and involved contacting the help group in order to be able to select a book type as the old book type format had changed. Although most of the features were available the flexibility I was used to was just not there. On completing the project and receiving the book it was fine although the system did not give me an opportunity to choose the cover colour so it ended up a ghastly (ghostly) white! will have to think about where to go next year.

I use you a lot! Reliable prints and good canvas photos too. The canvas pictures are expensive. I only buy them on offer. Your cards are disappointing. They are too small. I now use another provider. I have printed several photo books with you. Clunky software...especially in photo uploading. But good quality. I gave up with a rival company whose software was hard to navigate.
