Very pleased with results Once I had a little practise in navigating how it all worked it was fairly easy with a good choice of personalisation. I dint choose the auto fill which no doubt would have been far quicker because I wanted photos displayed in a particular order. Quality good. Made a great special birthday present

I found the new way to order prints is very very difficult. Please go back to the old way, which is much more straightforward, and so much quicker. THE ACTUAL PRINTS WERE VERY GOOD

I have lots of photobooks and have used a number of companies in the past but now always use Photobox. They are efficient, good value and superb quality. Really pleased with my latest book. So much better than flicking through your phone to see photos and I have progressed to making the books a journal of my travels rather than just a book of photos.

Have used Photobox and its former company Bonusprint numerous times. I have really liked the software & ability to produce photo books using it. However have noticed of late that sometimes the ability to edit a photograph would not perform & have had to resort to closing down the programme and restarting it so I could do the edit. I’ve also had a situation recently where I was finessing a 120 page book when the software suddenly changed the book to a 119 page book and then crashed; subsequently the book would not reopen and I was faced with having to start the whole book again which was very frustrating as I had spent considerable time putting the book together. Lastly my last book ordered was delivered with adhesive residues on the outside of the pages - fair play to Photobox as they offered to reprint the book & this was subsequently received and was up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Photobox.

Very good on the whole as usual BUT YOU STILL HAVE NOT enabled MAC users to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page. I am unable to see the whole creation and unable to swap pages. When compiling 100/120 page books this is very frustrating.

Ordered 500 piece jigsaw to be created from a photograph. Have ordered twice before. Jigsaw is of good quality, Ravensburger, and picture is perfect.

A great service from start to finish. Spoke with Harris J on the telephone, who was very helpful and efficient, following up our call with a progress email. I needed the order quickly and Photobox delivered. I would recommend this company very highly for your photographic needs. The photo book was a quality product also.
