I have used Photobox for years, mainly creating keepsake albums, as I did recently. Photobox changes this past year have saddened me: 1) the reduction of the maximum number of pages available in A3 albums from 160 to 120 pages, 2) the deletion of all past projects and photos from its online archive when the site re-vamped last year, and 3) the most recent large A3 photo album was a slightly different size from the 38 albums I have created over the years, which means it doesn't fit on the same bookshelf. Still great products, but I don't feel as secure with Photobox after these changes.

2 recent photobooks of very poor quality. 1 had to be reprinted due to lines down the pictures. Paper/card is quite thin compared to the old Photobox and some pictures could be seen through the paper. Email to Photobox went unanswered. Web Chat useless. Phone call got it sorted. Poor quality compared to a couple of years ago before the company was taken over. Only good thing is the software is probably better than some others. Also delivery delayed.

Thank you Photobox for a quick, reasonably priced, and highly quality service. We’re loving our poster wall art, and the extra matte finish gives it a high real end feel.

We've been ordering our annual family photo album from here for 10 years. Everyone always comments on how good the booms look. They are a lot of work (because we put in a lot of photos, have 100 pages and cover a lot of events). The only negatives: Twice in those 10 years photobox has changed the programming for how you create photobooks- and sadly both times I was about halfway through creating the annual book and had to start from scratch. The new program is more efficient as you can easily use photos from your computer and the book content is only uploaded after you've finished it. But the "shuffle" button for layout has gone and the replacement just squishes all.thr photos onto one side and doesn't use the whole page. You also can no longer swap single pages around - only double pages. Also, very annoying, the + - and swap option bar disappears off the bottom.of the page on images at the bottom of the page. It would also be improved if the double click button activated "swap images" instead of whatever ot seems to activate now. My biggest issue with the new system is that we always order 30cm (XL) photos books and the one we ordered on the new system (stated same size) is actually approximately 1-2cm bigger and it stands proud the the set. All that said: only once have I had an issue with a photobook, it arrived damaged and replacement was sorted without qualms. Currently working on our next family album.

Excellent service with a good quality product.

I ordered a photobook from photobox for a birthday celebration. I paid extra for express delivery. The delivery was due at the hotel where the celebrations were taking place. On the day of delivery I got a message saying it would be delayed and was still in production. There was no detail on when it would arrive. I tried to contact photobox but every contact is option links you back to their bot ‘Phoebe’. The bot could not understand any question asked and kept refreshing and saying so you want to chat. Truly terrible service and zero information.

What a fantastic company with great products!! I have ordered the fridge magnets and a Mothers Day photo book which are stunning! I even had to change the photo book after I paid for it which was easy. I phoned customer services and they gave me a re-upload code to make the changes before resubmitting the item without having to get a refund first or pay again. Amazing service!

They are always steady and keep me up to date with the progress of my book.

Created a photo book which was straightforward to do. Photos were easy to upload, lots of different features but the most beneficial for me was the feature that fits all the photos onto one page providing a choice of different layouts. Very good value for money, really good quality and delivery as expected.
