**Edited review - I contacted Photobook after receiving my damaged product and they offered to reprint free of charge** Photobook was beautifully printed but poorly packaged. It was a hardback and there was damage to the spine when it arrived. Package had clearly been mishandled as the corner was dented which dented the cover. Disappointing as it was a gift.

I have used Photobox many times over the years and have always been very happy with the colour prints they sent me - these were either photos taken on colour slide film using a film camera (and then scanned) or image files from my iPhone. Their premium quality prints are excellent. They usually come quite quickly in the post and are very nicely packaged.

I have made loads of calendars and photo books over the years. Unfortunately the new editing software is so difficult to use I won't be returning unless it changes. I had to borrow a laptop to make a photo book as couldn't download the software onto my work laptop and the website/app didn't give me enough editing ability. It is so slow and clunky. You have to click on each photo and open a new screen to crop it or re-size it. When you've used a photo it doesn't disappear from the selection and it's also not possible to put them in date order. It took me 2hrs to edit my book and I was close to giving up. Photo box the previous editing tools were great, please change it back.

I thought I ordered a full booklet of photos and it turned up with just one photo - what went wrong?
