So easy to use and fantastic choice of back grounds, stickers, borders, corners. I tried using other companies but always getting frustrated and hive up in the end to return to Potobox.

Photobox is much easier to use than it was before you had a reorganization. Very pleased with the results and how easy it is to use. I also like the fact that I can link it between phone, laptop and ipad. Would recommend. I have also used another known brand for making books, but this is better because I can insert text boxes. I have noticed also that your text boxes will now take more text than they did before.

The quality of Photobox products has deteriorated dramatically over the years. The calendars no longer allow you to add photos to specific days (a feature which they had for at least 15 years, but for some inexplicable reason has been removed), and the print quality is now abysmal. Presumably this is a deliberate policy to force customers to pay extra for the same quality that used to be offered as standard. I will not be using Photobox again.

It was so easy to order and goods were of extremely high quality. Both were token gifts for two members of the clergy and both were over the moon with their gift.

Had an issue with a pre-purchased voucher code. It was a hassle to rectify but I was eventually passed onto the higher complaints team and my issue was resolved. I am delighted with my photobook - always like your products
