Prompt delivery but disappointed with the way the image was placed on the frame . Key parts of the image was missing from view as wrapping process used up quite a bit of the image . Would have been helpful if this had been communicated as a potential issue and a border added

Hello So far so good, I await delivery of a large order but anticipate that all will be well. I had to telephone for help on 3 occasions. Thankfully my call was answered quickly and I would give full marks to all those who I spoke to. They were very patient, I forget the names now, Medina perhaps and a Harvey in Bulk Discount, all of them very helpful and clear with their guidance. My first ‘draft’ book with an A4 lay flat glossy spec was excellent. It arrived well wrapped in cellophane sleeve and secure cardboard wrapper. Due to the bulk order, the books (45) were just affordable due to refunds from recipients but I would worry about the cost for smaller orders, the cost may be too much to share between say a dozen. Generally full marks all round, thank you. Roddy

This company had been taken over recently and is not as good as it used to be. Som wood features no longer exist and my new annual photo book is the worst one l’ve ever made with them. I will be looking at switching for next year. Really sad

PICTURE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT

I have used Photobox for years and always been impressed with their service. However in the last year or so they have done something to the website (an "update"?) which has made it almost impossible to obtain the products I want. Each year I make a photo collage. Today it took me ages to track down the product. Searching "collage" in the search term did not find the product. Asking the bot for help got me nowhere. There was not even the option to see previous projects and copy one of those. Having uploaded photos I tried to use them for a project, only to find that you can't use photos from an album, you have to upload them directly for the item (same problem today and last autumn, different products). Why bother having the option to upload photos at the beginning? They used to offer excellent collage prints, with loads of options on layout and full control over where and how you want each photo placed. Now it's all automatic and no option to swap individual photos or change background colour or change individual photo size. The only option is "shuffle layout", which changes everything. Delivery costs have always been high, and this has not changed. If you want to be creative with your photos, find another supplier.

This is the third time we have purchased a Photobox jigsaw, as always, the quality is excellent thank you and the gift always raises a smile :)

Was not impressed with the photos of my last book. Sent it to CEWE to see if there was a difference. Teh N lights photos from CEWE were far superior to the photobox ones. Preferred the blues in the Norwegian fjords with photo box though.

Very fast printing and dispatch. Excellent quality photos and such a good price with offer applied.

Nowhere near as good as bonusprint and very much more expensive. Quite cross they try to tempt you with offers to pay upfront and produce book later. They encourage you to create large books and buy several books to benefit from offers, Not happy with the company. It is pointless speaking to company about my concerns as they are not willing to consider any options as they say this is all we do.
