This is a real shame to have to leave a negative review. For years we have bought and loved the magnetic photobooth strips after each holiday, and were looking forward to doing the same again. They have changed their website and listed products and we couldn't place our usual order, so called their number asking how we could continue our photo run. The person we spoke to said that they had changed their range and we could not reorder. We now regret having used them at all as we can't continue the set. The person we spoke to was unwilling to provide help find a solution to the problem, refused to transfer me to a decision maker and refused to give me an email address for decision makers. I appreciate that companies make changes, but clearly customers will want to continue a run of this kind, and I think it's very bad practice to leave us unable to do so. I would welcome a response to this from someone who is able to assist in continuing our set. Edit 12/3/25 I took their advice and emailed them for more support. Unfortunately, they were just as unhelpful via email as they were on the phone. I’m certain they could help if they really wanted to!

First up the photos were great and delivered sooner than scheduled. However the new system was confusing, I ended up uploading FOUR times as couldn't find a way to select photos to print the previous 3 times! I couldn't find a way to print an entire album I'd created. Then found you've removed the SHRINK TO FIT option. Very disappointed at this as my camera doesn't seem to have the same ratio sizes as your system, and it was especially useful for panoramas too. Wasn't happy and seriously thinking of finding another supplier despite having been a customer for well over 20yrs!

I am dismayed to discover that you have deleted all my past photobook creations. Over the years I have been using Photobox for a series of photo albums relating to our family. I had hopes in due course to build on these for a final update for my children. There was no indication at the time that you would not be maintaining these past creations. Quite suddenly and without warning I discover that the creations have been deleted. Your "help" sites offer no way back. Your claim to customer satisfaction being guaranteed appears unjustified. I feel let down.

I love the books I make, but... the company, Storio Group, has not been as easy to get on with. I had a voucher that I was told would run out at 23.59 on one night - I pushed it to the wire for various reasons, but as it had been so specific, I was reassured. When I went to retrieve my voucher at 23.50, it had been removed. The call centre kept saying 'how disappointing', which was very frustrating because it wasn't a disappointment, it was plain wrong of them!

Easy to use software and to customise the layout. Finished book looks great.

Great way of saving photos. I use the tools to select photos and then edit myself, works well. Quality of photos is very good

I have used PhotoBox for years but my last experience I was disappointed. The quality of the paper and rather odd colour of printing. Also on desktop harder to navigate than previous times.

I had a few issues with uploading photos from the phone, but once I got them up it was very easy. I started with a soft cover but kept expanding and then it got very pricey. I think I may have expired my special price but it was a present and I didn't have time to try sort it out. But WOW! What an amazing book. I upgraded the pages to shiny and they are almost laminate. My book is a present for my son with all photos from his life. I hope he likes it, but I think it is absolutely beautiful. The quality is amazing. The program is super easy to use. I contacted them when I had a problem, they came back the following day and were very helpful. I made calendars last year for some friends of our year together, and they are still raving about the quality of the paper. I will definitely be using them again.

I've not seen canvas as sent on . But everything was promp and well.wrapped
