Good quality product - as usual. Delivery in good time. Accurate rendition as edited - good to have the option to turn off auto enhancement. Only drawback is that I couldn't get the downloaded PC software to work this time and had to use the web-based version.

Many thanks was hard work for me because I never done anything on a phone and PC but I got there in the end step by step help but I not good at reading aswell

I have ordered calendars from Photobox for years. Love the quality & customer services have always been great (when I’ve needed them, which isn’t often). I always add in extra images or change the layout for each month. The changes they have made to the software over the last couple of years have made this so much easier. This year they have also made it easier to access the images I have. They are all in date order now (as well as in named folders). Delivery is usually quick too. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a set of prints, when they arrived they were very dull, lacked vibrancy, looked almost sepia. I went on the website to email them with evidence of this issue and keep being directed to a chat bot, I phoned them, the person who answered had a very bad line and lots of noise of children in the background, it took them a long time to understand my issue and then told me they could give me a code to reorder my prints but only by uploading them all again, costing me more time, they claim they cannot just reprint them from there end. If this is the customer service and print quality I won’t be ordering again

Very easy to complete album. First time we’d done this. So pleased with it, that we then ordered 2 more for the family. Our order had been retained so we just reordered. Fast delivery too.

Great service and quality

Having used Photobox in the past i ordered a canvas print with a hanging kit. Yet again my item arrived missing the hanging kit which costs extra. Also the print was wrapped around the frame so much that the top of the persons head was not visible. I tried to contact Photobox via the idiot bot and also email but got no response.......i wont ever use this company again

Excellent Service I recently had to request some help and was impressed by the fast service I received once my email had been sent to an agent. They were polite, helpful and quick. And I am impressed at the quality of the Photobook I have received from them.
