How can a web-based company actually LOSE a photobook? After 3 weeks which involved a lot of stress and upset, you ‘found’ it. The new studio is rubbish compared to the old one. Why does the back button make you lose your work? Why does the page reorder itself when you add another photo, despite have told it 20 times that you want to design your own book? And so many other complaints….. You need to user test the website before releasing it on a trusting public. Please understand that making a photobook is a time consuming labour of love, and very expensive too. Why do you not actually offer to refund the costs of someone like myself, who has bought so many products from you in the past, as a goodwill gesture when their work is completely lost? You come across as totally heartless and money grabbing. As you gather, I am not happy.

Really great service and delivery good

Smart software not good. It would not allow me to have a 100 page book and insisted on a 60 page book, although I had purchased a 100 page token, Colour of photos dismal although originals were perfectly exposed. Couldn’t have an odd number of photos on a page. If you chose text option, too much white space. But with no text option, the page was crowded. I have been using Photobox for decades but when they changed their editing tool, all ‘went to pot’. Really disappointed and will choose another supplier. Response to the reply from Photobox: To be fair, Customer Service contacted me and offered to reprint the book but I don't have the time to redo the book. It would mean too much work so I haven't taken up that offer. I would like to add that I have just done volume 18 of this Family photobook and have produced lots of photobooks over the year. I asked for a voucher against future photobooks, but that wasn't forthcoming. I also had to have the photo calendar I had prepared re-done as the colour was awful and the software unhelpful. I still really think Photobox need to make adjustments to the new software they are using. AI makes the photos dark and dismal and you can disable that feature, but the colour is still very poor.

Product came in good time and was in good condition. I followed up on one of the 'rewards' you offered, said to be free, but it was a promotion for a regular payment.

Ordering and uploading photos was easy. Adding text to cover is also easy but it is difficult to then add text to the spine. Options are also easy to understand and offers are a useful incentive. Changing the date of delivery to a later date is surprisingly difficult.

All good - fast delivery and good photos

Received my order today. Of 200 photos, 35 are very bad - half head is missing, just the middle of the body on the photo or just the middle from the chosen photo.....
