Great website to design and create your personalised photo book

I have used photobook for a,very lo g time and have always been happy with the results. The new photo album software is very difficult to understand and to use. It has many less features. I made a mistake on the last album, positioning the photos on the front and back cover. The photos were too near the title on the front and back cover . This was not very obvious. The photos overlapped the titles. What I can say is that the staff were very helpfull, and after the third attempt I hope I have got it right. In the meantime Photobox was magnanimous in printing the album for the third time.

The software is easy to use and putting together a photo book is great fun. However I was disappointed to discover that all the books I had made previously were no longer available to re-order , they have completely disappeared. Notifications about this were either not made , or completely missed by me !

Great quality prints at a good price, received very quickly. Website so easy to use, absolutely delighted.

A super way to look at your photos in a book, rather on the PC/Laptop. You're more inclined to pick up a photo book and flick through it than going on the PC/Laptop. A coffee table book!! I also like the fact that you can share a link to your Photobook for family and friends to look at.

Easy to understand and very happy with the results 😊

The new website seems to be a work in progress. Difficult to navigate, no link between albums created and printing, cropping did not work etc. I ended up having to upload photos three times, photo checking did not work meaning I could not correct cropping which left several photos unusable, and waisting a lot of time. Customer service was helpful but the problems remain unsolved. I will wait a few months before trying again, maybe Photobox will have time to sort things out.
