The product was very good but I found downloading photographs difficult. Having made and album I wanted to have some prints made and it required me to download the required photos again. I lost patience with this and gave up.

I pre-ordered a photo book and in previous years have been able to extend the completion date. On attempting to start the book today the date has expired and no extension allowed. How and why was this change to t & c’s made. Disgruntled frequent user. I am not on any social media platforms. Customer services contacted me and have gratefully allowed an extension period so I can now compile the book. Thank you very much to all at company

Came v quickly and is good quality. Seems to have been miscommunication between Royal Mail and Photobox. I wasn’t told it was on its way until several days after it had been delivered. Then had a couple of emails apologising for delay, saying it would soon arrive. I eventually emailed them to say it had already come

Photobox now that it has changed hands is not what it used to be. So many very useful old features were taken out! You can't have a matte front cover anymore so my new book doesn't match my many old ones. The books only go up to 120 pages instead of 160. l make an annual album and this year l had to take out so many photos to make it all fit and also made the pictures much smaller, really disappointed by this 40-page reduction! Credit also can't be extended for a small charge as it used to be. I almost lost £50 pounds because of this. For the first time, l will be looking at other options for next year. I think they've lost my business. Such a shame.

Easy to use page planning. Warnings are clear when the picture won’t reproduce well. Easy to edit. Photo books arrived quickly.

I Created a gift for my Mum’s birthday of Our cruise together last year. The quality of the photos, the hi gloss finish of the pages and the presentation of the book were amazing! It’s always a gamble when you create something on-line, but Photobox, You did not let me down!
