Help from technical support

A really good offer on the very large 120 page A3 approx sized book. Printed reasonably quickly. I have done many of the Bonusprint/Photobox books so used to using the editor. Sharing on line is so easy.

Awful because I lost £70 as you've changed your practice without telling us. As a very long standing best customer not only did you ruin several months of work by deleting my album in your preps to changing your systems but after then you have not extended the codes (you did it for a few days but long enough as I was away) which you have DONE FOR YEARS IF WE couldn't get it done it time. No thanks. Im researching other companies had enough

ordered the banner with two photos and a happy birthday message for my daughters 40th party. everyone commented on how great it was and when i told them how much it cost they were shocked as it looked far more expensive. highly recommend Photobox

Hi it’s very poor quality work, I do not advise anybody else to deal with this people plus a very bad communication with the administrations not cooperating at all. Poor quality

I ordered a photo book and it arrived with uneven margins and i messaged for help and the first person was very helpful but the next book had the same issue so ive messaged again and have had no luck with sorting it! Do not order unless you like your photos printed off centre!

Have had books for years off Photobox but was hesitant to do another with all the new changes. However, I got sent a special offer for free extra pages so gave it a go. It was abit confusing at first, but soon got the hang of it. I use my laptop to do books as I find it easier to alter photo sizes. It was easy to upload pictures to my laptop via tge QR code, but I do miss the album feature on photobox, so it meant me having to organise all photos on my laptop into albums so I could find pictures easily. I like all the new backgrounds, but some of the page layouts have disappeared. However, you do have the option to save layouts and backgrounds to favourites, so that's helpful. The album took about a week to arrive and I was happy with it. I probably will use again, but please bring back the album feature so I can upload straight to photobox. (That's why I only gave 4 stars)

Once I got the hang of using the app I found it good. Loading photos a lot easier than other apps

Ordered via the app. User friendly experience, good value with discount and prompt delivery. Problem is, via the app you're unable to edit the finish and size of each individual print in your basket before ordering so all have to be the same. And some are badly auto-cropped with no prior warning. It also doesn't advise you of the quality of your photo before proceeding. Perhaps this can be done on the web version so will try that next time.

Lovely photo books. Made perfect gift for friends far away. Quality was really good & with offer discount, they were a good price also.
