I ordered a photo book expecting it to be a normal size, but it was tiny, you couldn't even see the photos. I asked if it could be reprinted bigger but that's not possible apparently

Trying to develop a large aluminium collage, just kept freezing, unable to change pictures could only shuffle, must have reloaded pictures 10 times, complete waste of time

It's so easy to place an order and the quality of the cushions are good. I particularly like the velvet fabric option. Only negative is that one side of the cushion is white. I would prefer a darker colour or better still, have the option of a double sided print.

Good product by can be slow to build and upload. Used hundreds of times. If no discount then expensive. Photo quality in books has deteriorated slightly but overall it’s a great product and easy to use

I've been a Photobox user for years. What I liked about the site was its intuitive design. However, that has not been the case since the layout update. I suspect the site works best on a mobile device, but I don't print directly from a phone; I use a computer. (To Photobox: amazingly there are still a lot of people who want to browse your site on something other than a phone. Yes, really!) In my opinion, the new site layout is a mess. I have no idea how to do the simplest things, especially as the navigation menu has been removed from most pages. Why is it not there? Why is 8" x 6" the largest photo you can have printed? And I don't know what the yellow box does that says "Check your cropped photos"? It does nothing when I click on it. Photobox is now primarily aimed at flogging you 'products', and prints take a back seat. Sadly, after all these years I will be going elsewhere.

Good product if you use an offer. The creation process is fine, but will not accept all photo formats, like raw files. When it comes to ordering, if you are using a previously purchased voucher, you cannot easily find the code from the checkout page

It is easy to upload your photos and create your product.

Easy to use which is vital. Can build my own book, with easy variations on layout, and useful assistance in placing photos. When requesting single photos, sometimes the sizes available are restrictive, and can chop photos.
