Impressive and quality

I just love photobox, I have been ordering from them for a good few years now. 99% of the time it's great quality products, but the 1% a time when something wasn't quite perfect, they were amazing getting it redone very quickly for me. I hope to continue ordering for years to come. Their huge catalogue of products is very impressive.

A simple process from choosing photos to receiving the order.

It was easy to use the website. The facility to place chosen photos on the page and have them automatically arranged saved us so much time. The ordering process was very straightforward and the discount voucher resulted in a good price. The book arrived promptly and we are very pleased with it.

New collage canvas system not fit for purpose

I have used you for all my digital photo projects for years. You have completely changed the way to make collage canvas displays which means I can no longer use it and have to look for another company. I've spoken to help desk who confirm this is the case. I am very disappointed as I really don't want to use another company

Great quality, BUT

Great quality, great service. But, sigh, when BonusPrint and PhotoBox merged, PhotoBox left out one aspect of the printing that BonusPrint always provided - relevant information on the back (ie. the date and time the photo was taken, and its filename). I generally order a LOT of prints (maybe 200+ per order) and - without this vital information - I have a massive problem sorting them out into a sensible order. 1. The prints are not even dispatched in chronological order, but are mixed up, as if dropped on the floor and picked up in a hurry. 2. I have to search through my photo folders to match the print to the correct file, in order to ascertain the date/time each was taken. Just the filename on the back would make this task massively easier/quicker. 3. Or, if the date/time were on the back I could soon return them to chronological order, thus making it so much easier to locate the correct photo and look up the date and time. If it's not possible to put both pieces of information on the back of each print, at least ONE piece would make my experience VERY MUCH better. BonusPrint always scored 5* in my reviews.

The re- creation from uploaded photo to canvas print is stunning & and I have had many people ask about it. So I shall be recommending yourselves. But I do have 1 little niggle (that too has been pointed out) and that is that the canvas is a little slack along the bottom edge.

This was harder than it used to be

this was hard. I have used photo box for years and loved it. I have an ongoing wall of photo squares & now that they have updated / changed how you produce your products and how that actually look this felt exhausting to put together. you used to br able to 'drop' photos in to a frame & play with it. you can't do that know nor can you save a product mid collation & go back to it. im also disappointed that the new product isn't exactly the same. won't use it again.

Stay away from desktop app atm

Stay away from their desktop app for the moment (for Mac, at least - not sure about Windows). There's a bug that is stopping you adding photos. Customer services told me that they've had issues with it for weeks and have no timeframe for a fix - I was halfway through creating a book as a gift for a birthday coming up and now the app isn't working, they've told me just to do it online instead but I would have to start over from scratch. Fix it soon please Photobox!
