Fantastic products at great prices with a quick delivery

Worst service ever. Package not delivered. Can’t contact customer service. Bot says it’s on its way. Missed friends birthday and lost £30 - avoid at all costs

The product met expectations, took a reasonable time frame to arrive and was charged at a reasonable sum.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Everything is automated or run by call centre staff clearly with a handbook of answers they cannot deviate from. I have lost £50 of credits as wasn’t able to prepare a 100 page photo book fast enough with no flexibility to extend the credit. Furthermore, I have now prepared another photo book for a big birthday (& paid for express delivery) but am unable to request an urgent process of the book as the ‘express delivery’ date is 2 weeks time & after the birthday, which wasn’t communicated until I reached the check out so had little alternative. I have used Photobox for over 10 years & the service has fallen sharply. There are so many more personalised services out there - don’t bother with this one, it is a machine & a slow one at that!

Have bought from Photobox before and found it easy to do but this time was a bit more difficult. In the end I used the automatic button and was pleasantly surprised with the result.
