Everything about this company is first class. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty on 11/11/24. Everything from talking to Arda when I first reached out to mcan, to the drivers, the hospital and aĺ the nurses, dr dundar my surgeon and his assistant Everything was very professional. My nurse Hilal was in contact with me before I travelled to Istanbul. She done everything for me during my stay. On my return home she still checked in with me making sure I arrived home safely. She is excellent at her job and is always there no matter what time it is. Brilliant company

To say I am over the moon with my…

To say I am over the moon with my surgery is an understatement. I had a full face and neck lift, also a breast uplift with implants. The whole process was exceptional, from the very beginning until the end. The staff were absolutely amazing from the first conversation to being picked up at the airport to the operation and the aftercare from the nurses. The care I received was amazing, all the staff at Mcan could not do enough for you, I miss every single one of them. My healing process has been amazing and even my own Dr here in the UK was very impressed so much so she said she was envious. I would highly recommend Mcan to everyone and I’m letting every single person know this through my journey on TikTok and other social media sites. Thankyou Mcan for making me very happy within myself.

A very good experience so far, the surgeons were efficient and very thorough. Cansu is a very helpful and caring host, good contact has been maintained throughout the whole process. I'm 1 week post op and looking forward to the final results.

Mcan were amazing

Mcan were amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better company. Communication was on point. The aftercare was brilliant. I miss all the staff and wish I was back there doing it all again. If you are looking for great results and a company who truly cares about their patients then look no further than Mcan. I am so happy with my face and since taking to TikTok with my journey I have had thousands of comments on how natural my face looks. Thank you Mcan.

I went for the first time to Mcan in…

I went for the first time to Mcan in Istanbul and i am very happy with my choice. From the first contact on till in the clinic the contact was nice and with good information. Cansu was really great and always online to answer any questions or help. The driver Uhmutcan was a very nice and helpfull person. On the day of the hair transplant you have an intake, than a bloodtest and good information which part of your head they are gonna treat, only the first needles to num your head is not pleasant but its ok. The rest of the transplant was very ok and not painfull, if you want to take a short brake its ok and you can listing to your own music if you want.Once done u are taken back to hotel and picked back up next day where Cansu talks to you about hole treatment and after care and given medication and creams and shampoo then taken back to airport. Now at home no pain bit uncomfortable but all ok and Cansu have been contact me every few days. I really recommend Mcan to everyone who wants a hair transplant.

When i first booked was worried but Cansu from Mcan kept me informed for over 6 months very help full. When i got to airport trasport was there to pick me up straight away nice guy no problem dropped me straight at hotel informed me of when they would be back in the morning for treatment day hotel was lovely food was good but they do rent out rooms for events witch did get very loud but we was ok in the end and that was hotel not Mcan.the morning of surgery the taxi and Cansu from Mcan are there in the hotel waiting to take u for treatment Cansu is very nice and funny at puts u at ease once there u are taken in two do paper work and payment. When going in for consultation Cansu goes in with with helps u decide witch is the best option has very good english so she helps translate everything for u then u go two medical team for treatment. Befor hair trasplant u are give bloods for tests and needles to the head two num you witch is not pleasant but only last few minutes then u dont feel a single thing threw the hole procedure.once done u are taken back to hotel and picked back up next day where Cansu talks to you about hole treatment and after care and given medication and creams and shampoo then taken back to airport. Home now no pain bit uncomfortable but all ok and Mcan have been fallowing up with me every few days i can say they where great and if i want any more treatment i will defo be useing them again thank u all Cansu is a big asset to your company

AVOID MCAN At all costs - please read before considering MCAN

"It's like this or you can go home with NO TEETH" - Turkey Teeth Nightmare come true. I have just come off a videocall with MCAN representatives moments ago where they are leaving my mother, stranded with, what they admit, are terrible unacceptable temporary teeth. There is no dispute that the teeth are terrible, MCAN admit this. They didn't fit, on two attempts and she has 2 stark diffent types of teeth. While they can argue that this is due to medical mishaps or swelling, and a metal bar. What can't be excused is their duty of care, this it the ETHOS of any Medical treatment facility or service and what I urge any potental customer to consider. While mishaps (shouldn't but) can happen, you need a reliable service that will ensure the mistake is not at your expence, emotional or and financial. In our experience it is clear that MCAN have no intention to "focus on delivering exceptional and personal care" as their website leads you to believe. My mother who brought her concerns to MCAN on the day, allowing time for intervention has now been left with the choice of accepting said unacceptable teeth, going home without any teeth or forking out hundreds to extend her stay at her own cost while MCAN house her in the Staff Accommodation!!! While we can all accept that medical mishaps happen, the way in which they are handled are of utmost importance. My mom was initially told, there is no time, and she can go home like this or WITHOUT ANY TEETH AT ALL. This in itself was very upsetting, I video called the nurse from Ireland to see if there was a solution that could be reached but there was terrible communication and we were left with no choice to make the best of it for the moment, asking for them to be filed at least, and to take it up with the customer representative. My mother contacted the customer rep immediately that evening but there was no answer. The rep responded the next day and proceded to visit my mother, she was very understanding, she agreed that the teeth were not acceptable and reassured my mother that she would escalate it immediately and to trust that MCAN will sort this out for her. After some time, my mother was asked to stay a further 5 days to allow them time to rectify the situation, to which she was willing to given the circumstances, until she was informed that it would be at her own expense, including loss of earnings for extention, accommodation, a new flight, transfers and food. Completely unacceptable. After hours of negation via what's app until 1:30am the morning she was due to fly, she was offered half the cost of accommodation. We didn't accept this as this would still mean significant financial implications for their poor service. They alternatively offered for her to stay in the Staff Accommodation? Which to me, is outrageous that you would ask a paying customer to stay in staff accommodation while they rectify their mistake. She was then asked to meet them at the dental clinic later that morning where they were "committed to reaching a solution". This resulted in my mom missing her review with her surgeon, and considerable stress not knowing if she was going to board a flight in this state or reach a solution. My mother made MCAN aware that there was an opportunity to have the flight changed for a fee of €60 if they were to reach a solution within 12 hours of her scheduled flight, however MCANs insistance to avoid financial responsibility resulted is this opportunity being missed and a new flight for over €300 would be required to allow them time to amend their mistake. As of course the financial implications of stay to allow them time to amend were more then my mother could or would accept, we proceeded to attempt to make the teeth at least somewhat functional so my mum could return home on her flight, in 2 hrs time. Eventually, as she was about the leave the clinic in a hurry for her flight, and after hours of negation and emotional stress MCAN offered to cover transfers, accommodation, and €150 towards the flight they incurred by not offering a reasonable solution in a suitable time frame. At this, we were willing to accept as, even though it would cost my mother a further €150 in flights, food and loss of earnings for the extra time. She was extremely uncomfortable to return home with the teeth she had been left with. MCAN slyly slipped in that the accommodation was in the Staff quarters, dispite have already expressed that this was not an option for mum. With this, my mum left, extremely upset, exhausted and stress about missing her flight. Let's hope she makes it.

I went to this clinic for the 2nd time for a hair transplant. I am very satisfied with how they work and the service they provide! Highly recommended!
