Ordering was easy and coop came faster than expected. Had a slight issue with something and it was resolved very quickly no problem. I like that when I call, I get an actual person to help me. We’ve purchased 2 round top chicken coops now.

Don't waste your money on this cheaply built coop. Only looks good in the picture, not in real life. Like many people mention it's not waterproof, winter panels are nothing but a joke. Pieces of wood are so thin , they get moldy after one rain. Also huge gaps and cracks in the wood. Feeder doesn't work as shown, food spills out all over the place, and the feeder tube gets flooded during rain, lots of food wastage..... What a nightmare experience trying to maintain the coop especially during winter, wet coop, wet chickens, lots of other issues... I did return my coop and got a refund, but shipping cost was not refunded as promised. After trying to reach out to customer service multiple times with no response from them I decided to leave a review so people don't make the same mistake we did buying their product.

I love not having to go into the coop for feeding, water, eggs, etc. It could use an small opening to put vegetable scraps in.

We and our four chickens love the high top coop. It is so much easier to use because I don’t have to stoop down to clean, refill food and water, or collect eggs. The sales and service staff have been excellent and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The only negative in the assembly was that only about 1/3 of the wood parts were labeled, taking longer to do the inventory. We’re hoping the girls will get used to using the automatic waterer, and we’re assured by the staff that they eventually will. Thanks, Roost and Root, for a great product and service!

The coop was well constructed and I am pleased with it. The assembly was more confusing than expected. I had my carpenter friend assemble it, we found identifying the pieces confusing. If they had been stamped with a number it would have helped.

I think the materials were not as nice as advertised. Had some trouble with assembly. Very pricy. Didn't get the quality that I was expecting. I would not recommend to others for the price.

Called to ask questions before I ordered. Staff was very understanding and very helpful in answering all my questions. When I called back several weeks later to place my order I asked about delivery. I explained that the coop needed to be delivered in a small truck not a tractor trailer. The nice staff put that info on my order. My 3ed call was to let you know that I didn't receive the weather panels. Received them in 5 days. Excellent Service. Love my coop!
