Great Customer Service. Somehow I was missing my roof panels when the crates arrived. Roost & Root (in spite of the difficult time my builder gave them on the phone), were kind and helpful to work with. I got my panels two days later. Super nice people! Love my coop! We had to use the crate they shipped it in to reinforce the black panels at the bottom of the coop, because our predators here would have busted through easily. We also had to add a slide lock to the bottom of the run door and additional closures to the egg boxes. But Roost & Root sent so many extra closures and needed items to help with all that---right up front. Wow! The coop is beautiful! My chickens love it and I do too. So happy that I did not need to think of all the extras I would need building a coop---they thought of it for me and did a great job. Thank you so much!

Needed to purchase a replacement coop extension, Along with storm panels, due to black bear damage! It had to be built and took Quite a while for it to ship! Now that it’s winter here, and the ground is frozen… The exchange will have to wait until spring! Looking forward to it! Amazing company with great communication! Just wish the walk-in coops were more affordable🥰

We bought our Roost & Root coop several years ago. We recently purchased some extra clips for the coop’s “storm shutters.” It has been below freezing for several days and our chickens are all snug and cozy in their Roost & Root coop. The feeders are full as is the water dispenser. We use an aquarium heater to keep the water from freezing. I am very thankful each freeze that I have such a protective and effective chicken coop for my hens. Thank you Roost & Root for a great product!

Professional quality as far of materials, ease on how to assemble the parts, very well thought out design, etc. As an engineer with a master's , I believe I can recognize a good design, etc.

I ordered replacement panels for a coop that I have had for close to 10 years when the panels arrived some didn’t fit properly. I contacted the company and they went above and beyond to send the correct panels to me ASAP. Great customer service and a great product.
