I’m happy as I emailed a question I had and received an almost immediate telephone call from Daniel answering my query. The alarm arrived swiftly and was easy to set up and test. I know mum is safe for a year as I’ve paid a one off fee. It may be that I upgrade to a system she can take out and about with her but for now this seems ok tho I’ve only had it under a week.

Easy to update data bundle

I ordered a sure safe go wristband. It was easy to order, it arrived very quickly and was easy to set up. I set it off by mistake and the response call was very quickly, same with test calls. Even received a call to say my battery was running low! Very pleased overall so far
