DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The devices do not work and the customer service is beyond awful. My mother spend 9 hours stuck in her bathroom because of device faults. Literally nobody cards. Avoid suresafe at all costs.

Second alarm bought - this is the newer, techy version. Had a problem with the alarm but the customer service was pretty good, particularly Yvonne. My new alarm is fab (the early version too), it’s about the only one on the market currently that will call your phone. The app is clever. I’m probably a bit traditional- the early version of the alarm is simpler and very effective but the newer version is clever. Well done to a smaller business based in Liverpool.

Daryl contacted me promptly after I made an initial enquiry online and was extremely helpful. The personal alarm is for our mum and we had a number of questions. The alarm has all the functions we need - automatic fall detection, 24/7 monitoring, can use it out and about, wear it as a watch. It will give us so much peace of mind as we don't live near mum.
