I found this company online and didn’t really know a deal about them so it felt like I was taking a chance sending my ghd’s to them for repair. However, they have fixed them and turned them around in just a few days. The service was amazing and only a fraction of the cost of purchasing new ones. A great company to save a little money and to save the environment as well. Better to repair than to keep buying new and throwing things in landfill. I am very happy with their service so would recommend. Thank you.

Can’t recommend enough. My platinum ghd straighteners stopped working and I was worried I’d need to replace them. I found the website, sent them off and they were returned super quickly and fully repaired at a brilliant price. I then had a further unrelated issue which Trevor again repaired for me. I sent them away yesterday and had an email to confirm they are repaired and on their way back arriving tomorrow. Excellent service!

I use my GHDs daily - crazy hair makes me a crazy woman and the world really doesn’t deserve that! When my 4.2bs stopped working I had a major panic that I would need to buy a new pair so close to Christmas. I’m really happy that I found this repair service instead. The cost was very reasonable and the service was incredibly quick (I posted them Friday afternoon and had them back in perfect condition on Wednesday). I have non-crazy hair again, I’ve saved myself the cost a new pair of straighteners and my old straighteners are still in use rather than sitting in landfill!

Great service! My GHD stopped working, I sent it first class on Tuesday and it was repaired and sent by Wednesday. I received it on Thursday and it is perfectly working. I wouldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic repair service. My daughter’s GHD S55 wide plate straighteners stopped working, completely dead. After a quick search for possible fixes it stumble upon GHD Repair by FROGMA Ltd. They responded almost immediately and were extremely helpful. They advised me that they could be repaired, a full service at £28.99 would include a new cable as the cable on my daughter’s was heavily twisted. I sent them off on the Monday, received on Tuesday, repaired and returned on Thursday morning. I was kept fully updated on the repair process and what parts were replaced. There was a small issue with a missing cover that was quickly resolved. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. IF YOUR GHD’s BREAK THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!
