Amazing service ! Could not find a local ghd repair locally to me so looked on line , found this service and I'm so glad I did . Sent off Weds , e mail to say all repaired by Thursday day time and had then had them back by Friday post . Highly recommended thank you 🤩

My ghd Platnumplus are over 5 years old when they stopped working, the light was flashing red & not heating up then they were working intermittently. Saw these reviews and thought I had nothing to loose by paying for the repair service. Sent them off first class post Thursday morning, just over 24 hours later Friday lunchtime I had an email to say they were repaired. They were delivered back to me by royal mail on the Saturday morning within 48 hours of me sending them. They are now working perfectly. Highly recommend this service

Like others below, I don't usually write reviews but the service was amazing. My 2 year old Platinum+ straighteners stopped working because I dropped them. I posted them Tuesday, they were returned mended by Friday, working perfectly again. Thank you GHD repair for saving me money, but more importantly for me, keeping a nearly new appliance out of landfill.

Just received my wife's GHDMax straighteners in this morning's post. Sent them to be repaired on Thursday from Scotland to Northamptonshire and they were returned Saturday morning. Tested OK and my wife is delighted. A really quick and efficient repair service. Kept informed of what the fault issue was and that the straighteners were being returned. Great service.

Absolutely excellent service. I sent my straighteners on a Thursday on guaranteed next day delivery & I received them back on Saturday morning. Completely overhauled with a new wire & plug which can even be used in Europe without an adapter. Totally exceeded my expectations. Great communication as well via email. Thanks so much would recommend and use again. 👍

What a superb service! Request sent on 29th August, GHDs were repaired and back with me by the 3rd September in time for my holiday. Would highly recommend. Service doesn’t get any better than this.
