My wife's straighteners were posted from the Highlands on Friday afternoon. Repaired by Saturday afternoon and received back on Tuesday lunchtime. Nearly every electrical item was replaced. They are just like a new pair. Excellent service. Thank you.

10/10. Clear guidance as to what to do to safely post GHDS. Super quick diagnostic test and repair and GHDs returned to me 3 days later. Meant I didn’t have to buy a brand new pair of GHDs and saved me hundreds! Very impressive service! Keep up the good work. If only every company was as good as yours..! Many thanks

Used this service last week, all communication was 5*. Item was collected by Royal Mail on Thursday, had an email with all repairs on the Wednesday, and received back on the Thursday morning. Super fast service, and the straighteners are like brand new! I can’t recommend these highly enough.
