I am unbelievably impressed with the service and communication received from Trevor. I sent the GHDs off on the Tuesday and they were back , repaired and beautifully and carefully packaged, with an email detailing what work was carried out, by Thursday the same week. It’s rare to receive such fantastic customer service, where there is not one single part of the transaction or service that you would change!! Huge thank you to Trevor for fixing my GHDs!! If I'm being honest, repair wasn't something I was considering. After mine started randomly faulting, I had just assumed I would just need to buy new ones and was checking the costs of a new pair when I came across the repair service website by accident. I started researching as I didn't want to waste more money if it wasn't a reliable fix as mine sadly wasn't as simple as they just 'broke' - there were two different faults happening and the issue was intermittent, working in my own home but refusing to cooperate in others (I travel between locations). The reviews spoke for themselves so I decided to trust the process and give it a go. The turnaround was amazingly fast - I posted them Tuesday evening, they received Thursday morning. They were fixed immediately after receipt and returned that afternoon, which I then received back on Friday morning. So impressed with the service and would recommend to everyone.

Great service. My hairdryer was blowing out cold air. As I live local I was able to drop it off and pick back up in the same afternoon fully working. Will definitely recommend and certainly cheaper than buying a new one.

Absolutely brilliant. Could see potential spare part to fit on website, but had small concern it might not be compatible. Trevor replied to my email enquiry within a couple of hours, helping me to verify the part would fit. Commendable ... but, since the part only retails at £10, a most impressive service. THANKS.
