What a service, I posted my wife's Straighteners on the Monday and I got them back on the Wednesday. What an amazing turn around and while this was all happening I had constant email updates. Extremely professional 100% Recommend this company. And fully refurbished like new.

Brilliant customer care. I ordered a replacement cable, but was sent a different item, before I could even contact them, they rang me to explain the mistake and I had the right item out a day later, i offered to return the item, but was told to keep it, in case i needed it at a later time. Usually postage to Northern Ireland takes a few days more, not the case with these guys. Very impressed, a lovely friendly company. The cable I ordered was of a much better quality than I had bought in the past. Straighteners fixed, happy me.

I sent my straighteners to be repaired on Thursday, they were then repaired on Friday and arrived back to me on Saturday. This was a very quick service, and my straighteners are now back in working condition:) thank you very much!

Purchased a replacement cable for my old GHD’s as they had exposed wires near plug. Trevor communicated quickly to queries. Replacement cable arrived fast and is of excellent quality. Their website has fantastic instructions for replacing cable and a video with easy to follow steps. I’m so glad I discovered the site and didn’t have to buy a new straightener.
