Brilliant service

Brilliant service! Had to change delivery address last minute and this was done with no hesitation. The video guide on how to replace the GHD cord was accurate and my GHD’s are now back fully working! Would 100% recommend and would certainly use them again.

Wow what service

Wow! What great service and so reasonable. This morning my wife told me her GHD irons had blown the fuse in the plug. Sure enough it did it when I tried a new fuse. Found this company on the erb and because we live near Rushden I rang them and found out I could drop the irons into them. Got them back the same day working perfectly. They even replaced the taped up mains lead. All for one price. Amazing

Great service, I would use again!

Very impressed with the array of positive reviews - I personally only purchase something based on reviews of others. The process was very simple and easy. I had a GHD Gold that was beeping and not heating up after being dropped on holiday. The straighteners were sent off and back to me within a week, back to good working order! I would 100% recommend this service, thank you.

GHD 4.2b straighteners Cable

My wife's GHD 4.2b straighteners needed a new cable. I found out there are 2 versions of the 4.2b with different cables. Trevor was so helpful & fast in replying to my email questions & helped me order the cable I needed, which including grease, was £11.99. Following their really helpful videos it was an easy repair to do. Thank you Roy

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I paid for the 'guaranteed' GHD repair service, then paid to post my Ghd straighteners them to the company. They were returned to me fairly quickly but I was dissapointed to find that they still weren't working. I didn't get any use out of them once they were returned to me, as soon as I plugged them in it was clear they weren't working. When I sent them off for repair they weren't heating, and they were returned to me still not heating AND the red LED light was no longer coming on - it was fine when I sent them. I notified the company immediately asking for assistance. To my disbelief, I received a very curt email from them telling me a new fault must have developed as they were fine when they sent them off. They referred to a video they apparently took of the straightens being repaired and then working. I explained that the video didn't mean anything to me as, quite simply, I hadn't been able to use the straighteners since I got them back - they still weren't working on receipt. I felt the response from the company was very accusatory. They suggested it may have been a problem with my wall sockets. I had no reason to believe that to be the case, but I checked the wall sockets anyway at their request and they were absolutely fine. I advised them of this and they continued to deny responsibility implying there must have been a problem at my end. I was told that 2 transistors had been replaced (I've no reason to belive they weren't) and that those parts were guaranteed. I advised them that a parts guarantee was useless if the straighteners weren't fixed. They suggested I send them back to them and they would look at them again and would give me a 15% discount on any further repair that was required. So much for a guaranteed fix. Clearly not the service I thought I was paying for. I offered them the opportunity to have the straightners collected and fixed at thier expense but I was told 'it doesn't work like that'. I lost all faith in them being able to resolve the matter and had no option but to escalate things by opening a PayPal dispute. Thankfully that was successful and I got my money back, minus the initial postage cost. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Apart from their failure to fix my straightners, the customer service and poor attitude is something I would go out of my way to avoid. Ultimately, engaging with this company was a lot of hassle, a waste of time and left me out of pocket. A very poor experience overall.

Fantastic service - professional, super fast, excellent customer service, and such good value, what's not to like. Would highly recommend.
