Ordered a heater to repair a set of Mk4 GHD’s on Friday, came Saturday. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing service from start to finish and unbelievably quick! My GHDs were like new but suddenly stopped switching on?! I found this site, and I’m so glad I did, within 48hrs of sending them off via Royal Mail collection from my home, my straighteners were back and working again like new. I can’t thank this service enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who has paid out for GHDs that suddenly stop working after warranty expires. Amazing service and amazing price!

It's rare that I get the level of service provided by GHD Repair - good quality, good value and speedy. My GHD straighteners were making a crackling noise and I wanted to get them repaired rather than paying over £100 for a new set. I found GHD Repair online and was considering trying to repair them myself, by ordering the parts from GHD Repair and using the excellent video repair guides on their website, but in the end decided it would be easier to get them fixed by GHD Repair. I posted my GHD straighteners on Thursday, got an email at 12.30 the next day to let me know they'd been repaired, and the postman delivered them back to me the following day. Amazing.

So glad I stumbled on this website before I bought a new set of straighteners. Excellent service - sent my GHDs on Thursday afternoon, fixed and back with me by Saturday morning. A few parts replaced including a new cable. The straighteners work like new. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Just check your GHDs are repairable - I called before sending.

Sent my GHD’s off on Tuesdays received an email to say they’d been repaired and were being dispatched and they arrived today - 2 days after I sent them! Absolutely fantastic service! Would highly recommend!

Excellent YouTube guides, simple ordering and prompt dispatch. A very sensible set of troubleshooting diagnostics and a brilliant way to allow way repair and replace a work out part, rather than replacing an otherwise perfectly good item, thereby saving £100!

My 3yr old straighteners had started bleeping and stopped heating up. I use them every day so was desperate to get them repaired ASAP. Found this company on google who seem to be offering a quick service at an excellent price. I wasn’t disappointed - posted straighteners on Monday, they were returned on Wednesday morning, working perfectly. Excellent service!

Found these guys with a Google search, read a few reviews and thought I'd give them a try. Posted GHDs to them on Monday afternoon, got an email Tuesday to say they were fixed, then got the straighteners back on Wednesday - fixed, cleaned, new cable, PAT tested and good as new. Fantastic service, would not hesitate to recommend to others....and all for a fantastic price, thanks.
