Our ghds kept constantly beeping and going on and off. I thought we’d have to buy new but I came across this company whilst googling and am so glad I did!! Easy process - package up and post - £25 bargain! I accidentally put two in basket and was refunded immediately. Email the next day detailing fault and how they has been fixed and revived two days later!! Amazing!!

I cannot recommend GHD Repair highly enough. My Mk 4.2b straighteners were fixed and returned to me in 2 days. Email communication excellent including repairs carried out - resistors, thermal fuse, thermistor, cable replaced. All for a fixed rate cost of £25.94 inc postage. My daughter now sending hers off for repair from this brilliant service company.

Excellent. Posted Thursday received back on Saturday. All repaired and working beautifully. I was without them for less than 48 hours. Fantastic to have something repaired rather than just buying new.

Sent my 14 year old GHDs off on the Wednesday as there was an electrical connection problem, received an email on the Thursday detailing which parts had been repaired (a few parts, regreased the connections and PAT tested). Got them back on the Friday. Spot on service would 100% recommend.
