Straighteners arrived with GHD repair on Friday and were fixed within half an hour and delivered back to me on Saturday with constant email updates throughout. These ghds have been sat in a cupboard for over a year because they were out of warranty... just wish I'd done this sooner.

Excellent service for a great price! I sent my ghds off and had them returned to me all within the space of 5 days. I had an email detailing what had been repaired/replaced and a few days later I received them back in the post. It was quick and easy process, with clear communication and I'm so pleased to have my ghds back and working again. Was a little sceptical to send my GHD’s off at first but could not recommend this service more. Sent them off on Thursday, received a completed email on Monday and the GHD’s were returned on Wednesday! You get a full explanation of the problems and what was fixed, and all for such a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, I posted my GHD on Monday, had an email on Tuesday saying all repairs complete, received back in the post today, all working fine. Couldn't fault the service, kept up-to-date all the way through from paying by PayPal to receiving them back. Highly recommend.

First used this company to repair my GHDs in 2015, more recently they broke again, so I sent them in for another repair. Both times they have done an amazing job, with a speedy turnaround & very good price too. Highly recommend. My GHDs are about 9 or 10 years old, and they are so much better than the newer version of the same product, it's definitely better to get them fixed.

Money well spent! I was so pleased to find these guys and they are true to their word. I also sent my straighteners off on Wednesday (afternoon) - the plates weren't heating up - they were fixed and returned to me Saturday morning :)))) bye bye frizzy hair!
