This place is amazing! They saved me so much money and fixed my really old GHDs in a few days. They tell you exactly what they've replaced and their service is second to none. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, can't fault it. Sent the GHDs on Thursday late afternoon, e-mail detailing repairs done on Friday midday. Received back working perfectly on Monday morning. Great value for money, super easy. Couldn't really be any better!

This company is AMAZING! My GHD golds had the so called 'red light of death' pop up. It kept making a noise and flashing red and I thought they were done for. I really didn't want to have to fork out for a new pair so I sent them here and they were fixed and sent back within a day! A few days later I had ANOTHER issue with them (different from the first) and they took them back and repaired again and sent back only within a couple of days. So glad i found this company I will definately be using them in future if I have any further issues. 10/10 reccomend!!!!

Fantastic company, very fast turnaround and very reasonable price, the GHDs were returned fully working very quickly, and I received emails along the way including a final one stating what had been done to complete the repair. Very happy, I can only wish every company was this brilliant!

I had read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot before using ghd-repair.co.uk and I am so happy I took the plunge to get my straightener fixed rather than spend £130+ to replace them. I sent my GHDs late on Friday afternoon and had an email on Saturday evening to confirm they had been fixed and tested already! They were sent back by post on Monday and I received my repaired straighteners back on Tuesday. I’ve just finished using them and they are perfect again!! Thank you so much! 5 star service.

When my 8 year old straighteners died I was looking at £150-£190 for a new pair. Thankfully my google search brought up this company and I thought it was worth £26 to see if they could be repaired. Posted (1st class) on Monday, received email on Tuesday saying repair was complete, received back (1st class) on Wednesday, in perfect working order. Brillant - will definitely use again if needed and happy to spread the word about the fantastic service.

I accidentally dropped my GHD Gold straighteners! After verifying that the warranty was out of date and really not being sure where I’d go from there, came across the GHD Repair site. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The information on the site is very clear and so posted my straighteners off registered delivery on Monday, received an email confirming receipt on Tuesday and they were back with me on Thursday! Absolutely fantastic, thank you so much! Excellent service and value for money!
