Trevor gave me spot-on advice. All I needed to do was change the plug and the GHDs now work perfectly.

I sent my GHD's on Wednesday, got them back on Friday and working brilliantly. How's that for quick service. There's even a list of all the things that have been done to repair them.Would recommend GHD Repair to everyone. They even do a video to show you how best to pack them to send by post.

The GHD manufacturers have let me down big time. My GHDs are still under warranty but they refused to replace them as they said I have damaged the cable. However, I contacted Trevor at GHD repair and he said he will be able to repair them for me whatever the problem. This is the second time I have used GHD repair. They were brilliant then and I know they will always try to resolve the issue. GHD repair are efficient, reliable and professional. Thank goodness they exist!

Have ordered 2 parts from this site. First arrived quickly, 2nd never turned up, I assume has been lost somewhere in the Royal Mail sorting office ! Great customer service when I contacted him about missing item. Would def recommend.

I can't praise this service enough! First I watched the packing video which was very helpful, then I followed the easy steps to ensure I had all the relevant identification packed with my straighteners. I posted on Monday tea time and had them back by Wednesday morning. Amazing!!!

Excellent service! Sent them my straightners on Monday morning and they were back with me, completely fixed by Wednesday afternoon! Fantastic - would highly recommend :-)
