Excellent service. Sent my ghds on Monday lunchtime and had them back on Wednesday. Received an email on Tuesday to let me know they'd been repaired and what was wrong with them. What more can I say.

My straighteners stopped working on Sunday so researched if I could them fixed. I filled in the form online and posted them lunchtime Monday. I had a message to tell me what had been wrong with them and received them back in the post on Wednesday. You could not ask for a better service than that! Excellent service and would highly recommend this firm to anyone! Thank you very much.

Fast, Trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Had my GHD’s fail on me halfway through my Tuesday morning routine so researched where to get them fixed, saw this website and checked the reviews on here.. I put my trust in 100% positive feedback and sent them back that morning, I now have them back (Thursday Afternoon) fixed with a new cable and wasn’t updated every step of the way, would recommend!

So I was a little apprehensive to use this service, as I wasn't sure if I should deal with GHD for the repair to the heated ceramic plate that had stopped working, however, spoke to Trevor who was very helpful and explained how easy and speedy the whole thing really was and for a lot less £ than expected! Within 3 days my GHD's were back and as good as new, they had even changed the coiled up plug wire for me - which was a nice little extra :) Would recommend to all for the excellent service and speedy turnaround time for repair. Found this company after my wife complained that her ghd straighteners had stopped working. As they are expensive I thought I would have a go at repairing them..ecellent info on the site on how to diagnose the fault and easy to order parts. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process..fitted part and hey Presto they are back working.. Happy wife... Also if you don't feel upto fixing it yourself they offer a fixed price repair service.. Win win.. A good company to do business with.

Absolutely brilliant. I don't normally leave reviews but this company totally deserve it. I followed the excellent guides to find the fault, ordered the replacement part, which was delivered quickly, and then fitted it (again following the excellent guides). The guides gave me the confidence to tackle the repair myself and my daughter now has her hair straighteners fully working again. I can't thank you enough
