AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am overly impressed with the customer service I was provided by Carolina Stone. I needed an Xpert Pro but noticed that product might be 30 days out for shipping, which I understand due to the pandemic we are ALL dealing with. The problem was that I needed the item for a birthday happening in a week. I checked Amazon as well and all it said was "unavailable". I tried calling Xpole customer service to see if there was any possible way of getting it shipped sooner. The phone went to a voicemail stating that due to Covid, employees are working from home and to send an email or leave a voicemail. Now... normally when this occurs, GOOD LUCK getting in-touch with someone. I decided to leave a voicemail anyways with no real expectations. The following morning I was contacted by Carolina who was one of the most kindest customer service reps I have spoken with in quite some time. She was kind enough and willing to help me get the product shipped in time for the birthday. I was amazed! For me, as silly as it may seem, interactions like this really help to boost someones day and mood especially during such a tough year. For that, thank you Carolina! I will definitely let the birthday girl know who made her birthday that much better!

Helpful on the phone

I ordered from x-pole and knew that orders could take up to 30 days to process, but 10 days later hadn't heard a timeline. I called and Melissa let me know when I would receive a tracking number and when to expect the package.

Caroline is AH-MAZING

My experience with Xpole was incredibly helpful. I called to cancel an order because I ordered the wrong generation extension part, and just ordered the new one the day I called. I asked some questions because I was curious about the wait. I already have the pole I’m just 1-2 inches shy that requires an extension. Caroline helped me expedite my extension order, so I can get my pole up. She is a blessing.

In the middle of COVID, Carolina Stone saved my life. Yes that’s a bit dramatic but she spoke to me over the phone called me back twice because she couldn’t reach me at first and then made an order happen that I didn’t think would be possible. Thank you x 💯

Great customer service and support

Great customer service and support. Lara was particularly helpful in ensuring I purchased the correct pole for my ceilings, including the correct size extensions. She also kept me informed of the progress of my delivery (I had to wait c. 8 weeks because of a backlog of pre-orders during the pandemic). I really didn't mind having to wait so long due to covid but it was great to have responsive updates from Lara regarding my delivery. Once we had a delivery date, there were no issues and the items were delivered safely, packaged well and undamaged.
