Really nice and helpfull

I was a bit sceptic about this product having never really used it before, but after the first couple of times using it, I really had a good night sleep. I’m also using it because I have been formed. I need another operation for my cancer treatment so I’m using it as I’m getting a bit anxious of that operation.

I’m a beginner here. However, Releaf is a good service that has worked well for me so far - but the cost may be prohibitive. As a pensioner with Parkinson’s Disease I luckily get my NHS meds for free. Medical cannabis has to be REALLY good to justify the cost. So far it is working well at helping to manage restless leg syndrome and pain due to stiffness and lack of postural balance. I doubt I will ever replace my existing meds with cannabis - but it is a very helpful partner.

The sevice started out great and the customer service reps are amazing. But it feels now like they are overworked and can't give patients the service needed. My meds have been underweight also and sometimes poor quality.

Releaf's support team is great! Any time you have a question, you can call or mail and their patient support coordinators give friendly help and answers. I really appreciate the friendly manner of people like Hayley who make the whole process so much more easier.

Being a new patient the process so far seems straightforward. I had a slight issue in that the courier sent my ordered prescription back to Releaf as I wasn’t in on delivery date. I contacted Releaf and they sorted this and received my order 2 days later.
