Great service secure and great meds

I have been with Releaf for a few months now and have to say their customer service is amazing. Every doctor I have spoken to has been kind and helpful, clearly explaining each product to me and what they are for. When wanting to switch products, this is very straightforward and I am able to simply explain my reasoning to the doctor and they will advise on products for my needs. When needing to get in touch with customer service, either on the phone, via e-mail, or using their live chat, I am always able to get my query resolved quickly and efficiently. Today I spoke with Tegan, who was very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for medicinal cannabis treatment. The online patient portal is also easy to use and has all the information you need.

I researched other clinics and based on the information, I decided to contact Releaf. Right from the start everything is a relief, from the products, delivery and the team at the end of the phone. I can't recommend them enough. I wish I would of been able to access medical thc, years ago. They even have the best name/logo because you do actually feel the relief. Thank you Releaf

From initial contact, through to the comprehensive consultation with the Doctor, Releaf gave the most professional and helpful service. Fears around the potential for exploitation of vulnerabilities proved unfounded and at no time did I feel pressured or coerced to progress to the next stage. The quality of information is high, as is the ease of navigation around their site once your account is set up. There are societal stigmas around certain medicines but Releaf show how these are overcome by providing a superb service.

The doctor I spoke to was extremely helpful! He explained very well a background of the Releaf Company and clearly explained the pro’s and the con’s of medical cannabis.

Very helpful and great to deal with

Releaf have been providing me with a great service for several months now. Everything is joined up with a responsive and intuitive website and excellent communication from their friendly and patient staff. Louise in particular has been a godsend. I had been thinking of shopping around for a cheaper service but even if I could save a couple of pounds I would not leave now.
