Poor communication initially regarding methods of application. I had no idea about vaping and was prescribed cannabis flowers to vape but no one advised me that I needed a vaping device (which was very expensive). Also, didn't feel convinced that anyone really cared about me, I felt as if I was just another consultation to get through. Spoke to three different Professionals over three appointments whereas would have preferred some continuity of care. (I worked as an NHS nurse for 41 years)

The service is ok but the strength and taste of the flowers were sub standard. The flowers I was given cost £240 oz. I wouldn’t have purchased any had I known the bud was crap. Street bud is way better and cheaper. BlackBerry was supposed to be 17%thc, more like 2%. Very light effect’ undesirable flavour. Sec calm smelt horrible and I couldn’t use it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I used to grow my own and it was way way better than this. Glasspharms you spent millions on your state of the art AI growing methods yet street growers produce way better product
