This is an excellent clinic and all the people I have contact with so far have been lovely people.I was prescribed a day flower and a night flower and they arrived within a day or two.Both were very high quality and have helped me enormously.I feel much better about entering later life now I have access to medical cannabis through Releaf.

I have just started my medication and have found the process relatively easy. I'm just a bit confused. I have had two telephone consultations. My initial consultation was straightforward and I have received my prescription and was to have a consultation yesterday with a psychiatrist due to my daughter having bipolar disorder. However it was with a neurologist who raised my oil to 25mg. My prescription was sent through and is awaiting payment. Today I had a call to say I've now to speak to psychiatrist for an initial assessment. I really am confused. The medication is working well and has helped the chronic pain I am usually crippled with. I am now wondering why I'm now on a 3rd initial assessment.

As part of the set up of my account I had some questions, I spoke with a very helpful person who clearly explained what I had to do. An encouraging experience.

Although I thought the initial consultation was very helpful as well as the patient support team I was told that I would receive my medication in 2-4 days it has now been almost a week and I haven’t even received a confirmation email to say it is on the way as someone who is using this service to manage anxiety it’s just not acceptable and currently it has only heightened said anxiety.

Never had a problem with any prescriptions bar one little hiccup, which was rectified instantly, and delivered speedy to rectify it. Doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Would definitely give 5 stars but they do have an issue with limited strains and the ones they do stock 'selling out fast' can sometimes be an issue, but they're always on hand to help and offer alternatives. Top notch service.
